When to the drive thru today at 5pm. No car behind us. Pulled up to the menu, person inside asked to take our order. I asked him to give us a minute to see which ice creams we wanted to order. 7-10 seconds later asked us are you ready? I said almost just be a moment. Next thing I hear is him saying JEZZ in the mic. I don’t know if he knew I would hear that. Keep in my still no car behind us. I told him I’m sorry but Me and my wife have two kids as well in the car that needed a minute to decide. I mean it if they only had two flavors of ice cream and blizzards it would be a quick decision, but they have lots of different treats. We told him that we will go somewhere else where we would get at last the basic customer service that everyone deserves. I don’t know why I am writing the time on here, I guess in hopes that person would be helped with improving their customer service skills. But looking at the other reviews looks like besides customer service they serve everything else. I also saw in a review DQ asking to have a reviewer contact the franchise location owner. I mean come on the owner of this location doesn’t even have the time or care to check these reviews. Also DQ wants us to go to the franchise owner with our concerns when they are The Ones own the brand and gave it to the owner. I guess good thing there is a Wendy’s and McDonalds few minutes away. I know it’s just fast food , we are not asking for high end restaurant treatment but please strive for basic customer service at this...

We get blizzards often, so we know what to expect from the average blizzard of our choice. We came through Wenatchee and decided to get some DQ for the trip home, so we came into this establishment. We ordered pumpkin pie, heath, and hot cocoa peppermint blizzards. Mine came first (pumpkin pie), and the visual presentation was phenomenal. Just like I'd design it if I could get behind the counter and make it myself, with lots of cinnamon! (Side note, I never think there's enough cinnamon on anything 😆) As I ate it I was blown away with the amount of care that went into making it. It was so smooth, so well blended. And, one problem I've specifically had with the pumpkin pie blizzards are the bottom third is always straight vanilla ice cream. I don't know why but they never get blended all the way through. This was blended ALL the way through. I could just tell that the person who made it really took their time. They did not just throw ingredients in and blend for a few seconds. I've never had such a perfect blizzard before! When my husband and daugter got theirs, I hadn't even mentioned my thoughts yet, and they both said this was by far the best blizzard they've ever had. So it's settled! If you want to have the perfect blizzard, come here on a Saturday night. If I could put 0 stars I would . I just moved up here and was looking forward to treating us with ice cream other than what was on sale at the grocery store. So I went across the bridge as I live in East Wenatchee to get dairy Queen with my boyfriend after a debate between this or Baskin Robbins. So we ended up ordering 2 things a new York royal cheesake strawberry blizzard and their new strawberry blizzard with Ghirardelli in it. While there we picked up his mom a royal Oreo blizzard. After driving home and get about halfway through eating our ice cream we all became very disappointed. Ended up with a cup of vanilla ice cream with cheesake crumbles, my boyfriend ended up with a strawberry cheesecake blizzard but not royal (as I wanted) which had a strawberry core, and his mother got an Oreo blizzard with no fudge core and peanuts. To top that off we had already brushed off the attitude we got from the girl attending the window as she was trying to rush us through the driveway not even paying attention to the fact that we had 2 orders and the 2 gentleman behind her were already helping us .
