Two items on our take out order were incorrect. When we ordered via phone, they neglected to indicate they were out of the sauces for the wraps. When we called to ask for these two items to be comped, their manager offered to comp one of the two items (worth noting that we live 20min away and it’s not in the deck for us to drive back at 7:15p with a newborn, for alternative sauces as a substitute for their usual menu item). Considering both items were incorrect, it’s unreasonable (and cheap) for them to attempt to skimp out on making it right for both errors. When I asked to speak to the manager, they refused, hiding behind their employees instead. When I stated we would take future business elsewhere if they refused to correct their own error, their manager challenged us (via their employee, like a true leader) to “go for it”. Disappointing for a customer that frequents their establishment, but does show how little they value their patrons and a disregard for operating with integrity. I would recommend taking your business to a local establishment that values its customers over saving a few bucks on a quality issue they created themselves. Their staff is lovely. Their owners are...
Read moreI have been a regular customer and frequently place pickup orders. Over the past couple of years, I’ve noticed a steady decline in both customer service and food quality, which has been disappointing.
It has become common for items from my order to be missing, and the staff often seem disengaged, which affects the overall customer experience. On my most recent visit, I requested noodles instead of rice and added a half order of chicken. However, instead of the noodles being packed separately—as the rice is—they were mixed directly with the chicken. This gave the impression of a larger portion, but in reality, the extra chicken I paid for was not apparent. I paid nearly $10 for the additional chicken and an upcharge for the noodle substitution, but the value simply wasn’t there.
Portion sizes have become noticeably smaller, and unfortunately, the food often arrives dry—whereas it used to be flavorful and fresh.
Given the continued decline in quality and service, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere for now.
I hope you take this feedback constructively and consider making improvements. I’ve enjoyed your food in the past and would love to return if...
Read moreUpdate: We had such a good experience the first time we decided to come to get a to-go dinner. We ordered pho again, got it home, all the way to Chelan and realized that there was nothing in the pho besides onions and meat, no noodles, no veggies or anything that came with it the first time to add to the pho like we got in the restaurant the first time we were here. How can you forget the noodles in the pho? What the heck? 5 stars down to 3. That is inexcusable to forget one of the main ingredients in a dish.
My first time here and it was amazing. We got the veggie egg rolls, rare beef and beef brisket pho, chicken pho, red curry with chicken, and it was all so amazing! So glad I found this place, finally have a great spot when I have a craving for pho and curry! We will definitely be back. The only drawback was it was a Saturday night and they seemed to have only 2 servers and 1 host to cover the whole restaurant, that seemed weird, true it's not a huge place but service was pretty slow because they didn't have enough help, the servers and host were all amazing and very nice and helpful...
