This 5* review goes directly towards the entry greeter, Sharon, who helped us tremendously the other day. I am a caregiver for a wheelchair bound man, and am currently 8.5 months pregnant. When we entered target we noticed that all the electric chairs were being occupied, but Sharon was quick to get us situated in one of their other disability carts. When she saw us checking out she followed us to my car with his wheelchair so I didn't have to go back and forth swapping cart for chair. She went above and beyond any customer service I have ever experienced; not only did she unload our cart into the car, but she also assisted me in transferring my client when he started to lose his footing. This woman is truly a gem and her gentle kindness is what the world is missing these days....

Women's clothing, while fashionable to youngun's, is over priced and low quality- very much representative of fast fashion. On the positive; the store is always clean and organized, returns are delt with swiftly, the staff are well kempt and polite. I have been visiting the place regularly for 18 years, and never once have had a negative interaction with staff. Self checkout is a breeze, and human checkers are competent. Prices are competitive for the area, with an impressive selection. It is my favorite store to visit, but not to purchase from- it does not have the /best/ pricing or selection. The Target demographic is definitely middle income young adults...
Read moreI came in yesterday to get the Black Friday deals and was disappointed in the way these workers get treated here. I saw this worker being rude and yelling at another co worker and didn't seem approachable. I needed help finding an item and didn't feel comfortable asking for help from him. Next time you guys come shopping here don't ask Peter for help he most likely will be rude and yell at you like how he did to that poor worker let...
