I made an order on their website. The order time told me my order would be ready by 12:50 am. When I called a cab to pick me up, we couldn't figure out what was wrong. I was so upset, I left and had to spend more money running to find something healthy to eat. But, I couldn't.
I didn't get any food. After discussing the issue, she said there's nothing we can do. Google says we're closed over the week at midnight during the week until the weekends at 3am. I expressed to her their website's ordering menu didn't state this and said I'd have to go back to the website and ask for a refund myself. Utterly dismissive whenever I asked for another resolution to resolve the issue.
'What a load a BS.' I hung up. Don't expect a tip on anything if you never deliver or carry what you advertise. I needed that food for necessity. Thanks for taking advantage of it. Shame on you.
That is the lamest excuse for a apology since Dramageddon 1. I want an entire refund. And loss in expenses to cover my cab fare. End of story. I don't plan on coming back to a place I never intend to return to. I've already heard from numerous people how you difficult it is to get rightfully deserved refunds. I call a spade a spade. It's your business' responsibility not mine.
Edit - 08 Apr 25 I walked in, asked to see the owner myself and yet again, he said 'we only do food'. I refused and said no, I wanted my refund and my cab fare refunded. So, I'm leaving...
Read moreOrdered online, it said pick up in 30 minutes. I showed up 40 minutes later as I hadn’t received a text saying it was done. (If ur a regular you know there’s always a text) I ask about my order and it hasn’t even been started! The cashier had to tell the cook my order because they didn’t even know about it! However the cashier didn’t inform that my order would be out shortly, she simply decided to avoid making eye contact with me and went on to other things. Once my order was finally ready, an hour after I ordered, the cashier continued to chit chat with the rest of the staff instead of getting my order together. The order sat and sat in the window! She didn’t put the sour cream, guacamole or salsa in the bag. This wasn’t a situation of being short staffed as at least 5 employees stood behind the counter taking. This wasn’t an issue of being super busy as there were only two tables in the whole place being used. Your staff is simply LAZY and they don’t care about your customers. I was a regular but this kinda thing happens way too often. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! Forgetting an order is annoying to start off with ..but then having staff who genuinely couldn’t care less or even put in the effort to make it right is just ridiculous...

She said the price and I thought surely not. I got there and yes $39? I asked her to explain the price, she said $39. I said but how can you help me understand, she said that's just how the system has it. I said you can you show me on the menu where that price came from she just pointed. When I showed her the online order to go price she said oh prices are different in person. So after waiting for 15 minutes looked at the reciept, and realize she charged for a combo plate anyways. So then went back and asked since you charged for a combo I get drink she said oh yeah have one. Then there was an extra charge for $5 she said oh yeah it's extra for carne meat. I always go to the taco truck and get the same tacos that taste way better for $24 with hardly any wait. Place is way to expensive, terrible service, and all for average...
