Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Wenatchee

Update:I was lied to by the employees. I was told that my drink would be free and I wouldn’t be charged even though I ordered a free drink from the wrong store. Only to find out they charged my bank account with out my permission or knowledge of the charge. Ifeel like I was just scammed had fraud committed on my bank account. I will be reversing and reporting that transaction to my bank which will cause the bank to not allow business with Dutch Bros any further.

Update: things have gotten better since the last time I posted a review. The complaints below have been partly addressed but Morning Shift still struggles to make sure everything is accurate. The only issue I have currently is the fact that the staff would prefer to chat with people they know instead of make my sure customers are handled within a timely manner. The time is still decently long.

Original review: This is the worst Dutch Bros™ out of all of them. I went in and got a four shot annihilator blended, and it took them 15 minutes to make my drink before I was able to receive it. Not only that they did not hand me my drink. I had to stand there and wait and watch three other people in line behind me get their drinks before me. I had to walk up to the window and ask about my drink when I requested a refund all the sudden my drink was made, and it was made incorrectly I will be shopping at Dutch Bros™ again. I recommend everyone else use a different one. I never buy Dutch Bros™ and I buy Dutch Bros™ every single day Monday to Sunday Sometimes two...

Dutch Bros is one of my favorite coffee businesses in my area! While I'd rather stick to my French press at home, DB has something for everyone. My only discrepancy is the lack of fluidity between baristas, meaning that they don't all make drinks the same. While most make them in a timely, delectable manner, some baristas really lack in the drink making department. Another oddity of DB is the fluxuation in pricing. I noticed this with certain drinks and decided to order the same drink, a medium iced Double Dirty Chai, at the same time, for a whole week. Each day, the price was different. This business works just like an assembly line - very efficient. Employees are always upbeat, friendly and seen to really care about their customers. Reluctant at first to try a business that isn't "local", Dutch Bros head proven that there is room in this valley for new and exciting experiences. They offer drinks for everybodys taste - from coffee, tea, energy drinks just to name a few. And it's the only place where it's a good thing to have a Muffin Top.
