Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Wenatchee

I ordered online and somehow my ordered was placed wrong I called the store while waiting they hang out on me I called back again talking to the manager didn't wanted to remake the order I had to pay again and while talking to her they hang out again. Poor service, employees at the night shift instead of help customers they are outside smoking i was in the drive thru for 10 minutes waiting to pick up my ordered only to be missing items. I called the same night like 10 times and they never answered. Not the firts time they have missed items in my order 🤬🤬My family loves pizza hut but we won't be buying fron this location anymore. Worse service.

By reading the reviews and most of them same issue 🤬🤬 how come the owners doesn't pay attention to the issue?? How can you keep letting your employees to treat your customers like that?? This is very sad and...

I've been a regular customer of this pizza hut for a long time. I ordered from here almost 2 weeks ago and the pizza looked perfectly normal like always. About an hour after eating the pizza I became very sick and threw up everything I had eaten that day. I went to the hospital because I was feeling very ill, and the doctors could not find out what was wrong with me. So I was sent home with them just thinking it was food poisoning. I found out from a friend of an employee that works at this pizza hut that they were using moldy cheese on some of the pizzas, and I was one of the lucky ones and I had an allergic reaction to it and still almost 2 weeks later have been feeling sick the whole time. 10:21pm called Wenatchee Pizza Hut. They were out of so many things I had to keep changing my order. I settled for Alfredo Pasta and root beer. Price increase noticed. I was told my order will be here in 30 minutes. 11:14 called Pizza Hut to inquire about my food. I was told the driver picked it up shortly before 11 and should arrive shortly. Delivery arrives medium warm and a Pepsi with half hard breadsticks, no marinara sauce. Including the new delivery xharge, I paid $18 and the driver offered to go get me a rootbeer.
