Update: if I could write another review with 5 more stars I definitely would this place is soo good it's consistent the customer service is amazing and I feel they only getting better we dine in its even better but usually we take it home because we live so far and the portion sizes are good so we are always in a coma of goodness by the time we're done! Thank you guys again for lunch we always appreciate it and all that you do
My husband and I usually travel pretty far from home just to find a decent pho place usually we go to Spokane for it BUT we ended in wenatchee craving some pho and to our surprise this one was the first to pop up we went out on a limb and headed straight there. We got the orders to go the customer service was so very kind to us they set it all up so it would still be very fresh by the time we sat down to eat it at home we Live 135 miles away. We only got two containers when usually we get three any where we go the portion size are HUGE! So two was plenty and then some. We've been to plenty of pho places but this was hands down my absolute favorite yet we will be returning and we're gonna make it a tradition to make more trips just for this place that's how great it was. Soo if your ever in the area craving pho this I'd the...
Read moreI have been here more times than I can count. The staff has come to know what my partner and I order, and they ask before giving us menus for this reason (we never need them anyway). I have yet to be treated poorly or indifferently; even the owner has been social with us. Of all the Pho places I've been, I have yet to find anything that comes even close. The broth is rich and flavorful, and the charbroiled beef is quite possibly the best food item I've ever had in a restaurant. When I visit Wenatchee (which is semi often as we have family here), I always stop by if I can. The business has also shown a low turnover rate for their staff, which is a good sign to me. The prices are excellent, and on the infrequent occasion they raise them, it is because they are getting fresher, higher quality ingredients. The only downside I have seen is that they usually show the news (for a time it was the food or travel network, which was great), which is a bit stressful and difficult to ignore as the space itself is a bit small. However, the rest of the business more than makes up for that. It has become not only a very frequent stop (we used to go there once a week for several months), but my...
Read moreMy family and I were craving Viet food in between America and pseudo-Germany. We stopped somewhere else first (not VN) that served “Vietnamese” food and received a lot of strange stares — it was an unpleasant experience from the door to the menu so we decided to stop by VN afterwards. I ordered the pho ga, goi cuon, and some drinks. The Vietnamese Coffee and Thai tea were surprisingly — Vietnamese coffee and Thai tea, reminders of home. The coffee was nutty, bitter and strong as it should be, contrasted with almost the right amount of condensed milk. The Thai tea was wonderful— I normally don’t drink Thai tea as it is often diluted with too much milk or creamer but, I could actually taste the tea. It has been years since I’ve had Thai tea proper. Based on what I ordered, this is authentic Vietnamese restaurant food in an unassuming neighborhood. Portions were generous As well. All that’s...
