Crumbl — Restaurant in Wenatchee

I have been so excited to try the Key Lime Pie this week so I placed an order online after I got off work with the option to have it brought out to my car. When I drove up, I noticed that there were two staff members doing some cleaning and brooming. I figured I would just have to wait a little, which I didn’t mind because I understand wanting to tidy up so it makes it easier to leave at the end of the shift. I was speechless when I noticed the girl stop brooming and use the same gloves she had been using to broom and clean to package my order. She didn’t change her gloves and proceeded to start placing my key line pies in the packaging touching the edges with her gloves to help fit them into the box. Additionally, when she walked out to my car she threw the box at me and I was barely able to catch it with my hands to prevent the box from spilling all over my lap. This all happened at 7pm and I saw that crumbl is actually open until 10pm. I hope this can bring awareness for better sanitation practices and food safety...

I had pre ordered 2 boxes of cookies, and when I got there, there was no order. So they had 4 kinds of large cookies left so you could order a box of 4 and a box of 6. So I ordered 2 kinds for the 4 pack. Three kinds for the 6-pack. The person waiting on me didn't understand, so I reordered it 2 of 2 kinds and 3 of 3 kinds and was told I still wasn't making any sense. So I finally asked if someone else could help me and got a tongue lashing for that. The lady behind was cracking up and said I got this. She touched each sample and explained loudly so the person who packed the boxes could hear her and the person was furious, 10 cookies later and $44.00 plus tip(lol). And 20 minutes of a car full of people who wanted to just get on the road before the heavy traffic home started( to late), and I had our thank you gift that would become day old cookies. So, I hope they make it through the slow season and I won't be back, I can't eat them and won't try buying stale cookies for...

I LOVE Crumbl and their cookies. I go there in my home town quite often and will continue to. The one-star review is specifically for the Wenatchee location and the staff. When we went to to pick up a big order we placed, our presence wasn’t acknowledged, nor were we greeted by any of the 5-7 staff members. Upon opening the cookies, they looked terrible. I had also written a “thank you” note as an option to be put on the boxes. That wasn’t included. Before we left I asked where it was placed and they said their sticker printer was broken, which they didn’t bother to mention and wouldn’t have if I didn’t ask. For the amount of money spent, the service, the appearance of the cookies, and the failure to mention the lack of the thank you notes, it was an incredibly disappointing experience.
