Wenatchee Valley Brewing Co. — Restaurant in Wenatchee

My experience here with foods and customer service that will allow to earn two stars rating. We ordered oyster shooter, BBQ brisket, and Kobe beef slider were just okay in my opinion. Food service were really slow and waitress was not very attentive . I'd suggest that they should smiles more often when working with the public/restaurant environment. So if you just want to be here for drink then the service is much faster than food so just keep that in mind. Feel free to check it out when you're in this area and let me know what you guys think.

After one year later at this location by the park , this place still needs a lot of improvements. My friends ordered two pizzas and only one came out and they forgot the second one. We sat outside for over 2 hours and no server came out to ask us if we need anything else. In my opinion that’s a poor service. I would suggest to have a number ticketing system put in place so you can provide your customer with an order number and have that number big enough to place at a table so server can visually see it when he/she brings out the foods instead asking did anyone ordered this items. Also hired someone that actually people friendly. The staff were not that friendly and doesn’t smile. That’s my only suggestions to the management so that’s why I’m giving this a 1...

Been here a few times. Good food and drink options in an awesome location with great customer service. Last time I was there, I ordered a pizza and salad to split with someone. I'm vegan, so we got cheese on only half the pizza. When it came to the table, she showed me the half she assured me had no cheese (she'd seen it as it had gone in). I ate two pieces before realizing that there was cheese on the entire rest of the pizza! I called her over, let her know what was going on (and that I was in for a night of pain, ultimately my fault for not checking...I do know better, I just forgot), and asked them if they'd take it off the bill. She said she'd see what they could do.

As she came back, she offered to take the pizza of the table, credit the bill, AND give me a $20 gift card to use there. I told her that was way too much, and thanked her. I told her the other person I was with wasn't vegan and would gladly eat the pizza do it didn't get wasted, and I'd really just like it off the bill if that's ok, no good card needed. She agreed, and everyone was happy.

We visited the Pybus Market location one time before when they were no yet serving their own beer, but this was our first visit to the brewery itself. This is a small location with not much space on the inside, and several tables on the outside. The location is close to the river and makes for a nice place to sit outside on a warm day. It would have been nice if the outside tables were on the river side though. We got 2 taster trays and even though it was November we took them outside. It was chilly but nice compared to the wet Western WA weather we are used to…… as a bonus you can enjoy the tasters nice and slowly because they do not warm up! There were several that we tasted that we will likely return to get pints on another day, but for now we just tasted. I really liked the cider they had on tap too.
