Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers — Restaurant in Weslaco

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Decided to go on a date night with my husband and our daughter 🤰🏻 and I regret coming here. This is the second time I give this Rasining Canes another chance, and yet again I’m disappointed. I ordered the box combo and my husband the same as well. He was waiting standing up for our order for 30 minutes, mind you it wasn’t busy at all when we got there. Clearly it’s because they’re too busy gossiping and flirting with one another to get our order in. I was sitting down on a table that had a clear view of the counter and kitchen. My husband finally stepped away to get our drinks and I still hadn’t heard our order. I saw some food that was sitting there so I go up, and it’s our food and I take it to our table. They usually call very loudly a name, and won’t leave until they claim the food. Apparently not with us, we decided to start eating our food which was cold, chicken was rubbery, fries weren’t cooked all the way, and the bread was hard. We were very dissatisfied as we were both craving, and it didn’t satisfy my pregnancy craving. Oh well this is the last time we come anyways, and I forgot to mention before you could ask for a Caniac combo and they would be so friendly about it and give you one. Yet this rude manager who had so much attitude said no you need to order them online now and practically screamed at my husband. How disgusting is that!...

I recently went in and was so dissatisfied due to the simple fact that my daughter has a coupon for a free kids meal and has been looking forward to it because she loves canes but I have been so busy with work we haven’t had time but tonight me and my wife thought we would surprise her with canes come to find out the school coupon expired 5 days ago so I asked to speak with the manager and he said he was the manager Carlos I asked for a courtesy wave off and he simply denied me and we all know as a manager he could and should have just said ok no problem your a little late but it’s for the baby girl here u go enjoy your night and we would have been so appreciative and thankful instead we felt disappointed and dis appreciated but baby gets what she wants so we paid for it just left a bad taste in our mouths no customer appreciation he needs to learn how to give to the customer who pays his checks it was such a little thing as a representative of canes I’m sadly disappointed and hope a action is take without us there is no canes no manager no nothing hopefully corporate hears and acts if not they are...

This Raising Canes on westgate is a complete random game of wether they will treat you right or horribly. Sometimes you get everything you want right and other times you get absolutely every wrong. You’d think that be impossible when they only serve 5 items on the menu but you’d be wrong. I just ordered 3 box combos, one as is redeemed with a free combo voucher and the other two with everything extra crispy, extra sauce instead of coleslaw and that’s it. What I got after waiting for the “extra crispy” what I got was 2 combos not 3 and those two combos both normal with coleslaw. Instead of fixing anything they did they just gave me a extra drink. 🤦‍♂️ If the staff here can’t get 5 items done right, if the main food isn’t even good without the sauce, and if getting to this restaurant is a pain due to the carwash next to it always being packed and blocking the entrances then why go? At this canes you get a 50-50 chance of maybe edible food the way you want it or nothing the way you want it. Trust me and just go...
