The worst customer experience ever , they have a room full of young ladies working and non of them know what they are doing. They are not only incompetent they are also rude. I have given them 4 chances They often mess up orders , they don’t actually come to counter instead they stand around and talk and look at there phone and ignore customers. The latest was we tried to get a coffee with a half pump of syrup, they said “we can’t ring this up there is no button for this”. I said can you simply charge us for a full pump and make it with half , she said “no we don’t do half pumps here”. At this point I turned to my girlfriend and said can we leave because these people are idiots and she agreed. When then drove off. This was the 4th time with something like this. I will NEVER return. I drops 4 mins away to 76th Dunkin ordered the exact same thing, the guy was super nice and took care of it and didn’t even question anything. I highly recommend going to the Dukin on S 76th instead. Avoid the location on 108th at all cost. They should fire there whole staff and rehire and train new people. STAY CLEAR!! I am telling everyone I know so they don’t have same issues. In the past they have given the wrong food, another they had me pull fwd and forgot about me after 15 min, another kept my credit , another they was rude and told me speak louder and then when I did they yelled at and told me not be so loud. This place is a joke and there employees suck! Also there was not a single man working, not this matters but it’s also clear they just not provide equal opportunities for men as well as they are all women...
Read moreI was sitting in the lobby with a friend working on homework and the “shift lead” on staff who came into work with their significant other and child, orderd dinner ate repeatedly stated “when this food comes and we eat we are closing”. This person called the manager asking for permission and it seemed as if the call was disconnected but they decided to close for the day. At 6:15 pm a car came through the drive thru and a person into the lobby and both customers were told “we are out of donuts for the day” when in fact they were not, they were put into paper bags for employees to take home. Might I add, another employee came in during my visit, walked behind the counter and gave a bag of donuts to his friend that was with. All the while the employees were talking about meeting up on a corner for something. The remainder of the donuts that were not bagged up to take home were placed in Tupperware bins and set aside... hopefully not for the morning’s batch. Although We were not asked to leave, it was made very apparent it was time for us to leave at 6:30 pm when the open sign was turned off and the chairs were put on top of the tables. Super sad about this... now I’ll have to drive out of my way to get my coffee at night before my 7pm shift because who knows if this one will even be open even though the posted hours...
Read morePOSITIVES: Coffee was great, the sourdough sandwich was yummy, and the options to customize your sandwich are flexible which I liked a lot as I can be pretty picky! The girl who took our order at the drive thru was super nice too - she even saved us a little $$$.
SO-SO: Hashbrowns were really good but all falling apart and was more like eating crumbs of it all. The bagel bites were good too, but I don't think I would get them again as it was overcooked and curdling on the inside as opposed to being a smoother cream cheese filling.
NEGATIVES: Girl at the window was not the same as the one who took our order at the beginning - she seemed a little off, tired, and just crabby. On top of this, they got our donut order wrong - I asked for a vanilla iced long john, not filled, and they gave me a glazed and one with sprinkles (which were both dried out and not good, so I gave them to my boyfriend 🤣).
Unsure if I would go back to this location, but it wasn't a bad experience... just not the best. Might try another location in the future to see if there is...
