The tavern scene in the city of Milwaukee is amazing. There seems to be a hidden gem on every other corner. Phylo's, hiding on a corner in West Allis, is a wonderful vestige of a time of warmth and welcome. Within ten minutes, we were talking with everyone in the bar.
