I placed an order for breakfast on the app. When I finally got to the drive thru menu it was 2 mins after the breakfast time. I told the teller lady that I had a mobile order but it was for breakfast would they still be able to do the order. She said yes, no problem and to drive to first window. Got to the first window and could tell there was an issue but was told to go to the second window. I was then told to drive forward and a manager came out to talk to me 10 mins of waiting to tell me I can’t have my order it is too late and I would need to cancel the order thru the app. I told her that if the person that I originally spoke to at the menu would have told me that I would have just ordered from the lunch menu. Manager offered zero assistance and told me I can go back to the drive thru again if I want to order food. Just horrible waste of time and no service at all. I was only on a lunch break for work so had to go without food.
Another time I placed an order on app for 2 burger meals and cookies. We get to the second window and are told there would be a wait on cookies and to drive up and wait for food. After 15 mins of waiting a child (14) comes out to tell us that it would be a long wait on the cookies is there something they could put in the order as a substitute. I said yes apple slices would be fine. Great, 8 more mins of waiting the teenager comes back out with just the apple slices, no cheeseburger meals. We say thank you for the apples but where is the rest of our order? My boyfriend was so mad at me for ordering cookies, I found the whole situation ridiculous. At the very least they could have upgraded the fries to a large or anything to appease us. After 40 mins of waiting total we got ok food.
Management doesn’t seem to have any experience handling challenges.

I made the mistake of getting in the drive through line at about 10:58 and by the time anyone at the speaker actually spoke to me it was 11:05. I understood breakfast isn’t served after 11. But being I already placed the order (before 11) and arrived at the location (before 11) they still won’t take it? So it’s my fault their drive through line took too long now somehow. There was one car in front of me I guess I just chose the wrong line because it took minutes for someone to even talk to me. Then they say “okay pull forward” I wait in line and at the window they tell me to cancel my order they don’t serve breakfast after 11. My order was placed, and I was here before then. Not my fault nobody was working speaker. The lady at the window acted like at 11am a giant McDonalds Ferry comes in and holds the crew hostage to steal ALL the breakfast food until the following day? Weird. This location is terrible they didn’t offer me anything or do anything to help and now I have to wait a WEEK for a refund when it’s their fault?...

I ordered a mobile order for curbside pickup, they forgot my fries. Of course I give a call and they say “oh yea we realized it as soon as you drove off “ great. I go to pickup my fries and it’s suggested that I come in to get my fries that they forgot to give in my curbside pickup order. I requested a receipt and was NOT able to obtain one for whatever reason. I then asked to order a sprite so that I may have a receipt to leave a review as this happens a bit much too often and a MANAGER comes in while a cashier was going to check me out and tells her “no she can go buy her sprite elsewhere.” She’s absolutely right and I did, but what I will NOT allow is to be treated like trash because YOU messed up my order.
