Also your drinks are so underrated, the frost delicious, the lemonade fabulous, the frozen lemonade... the GREATEST drink Iāve ever had. Plus the flavor options are all spectacular. My personal store (inside the Walmart in West Bend, WI) is run by the most amazing man in the history of customer service. He is truly the best part of my day every time I visit. On a company level every time Iāve needed to contact you or have a question the customer service is top notch and so pleasant! Also, your rewards program is so good! I truly couldnāt believe that I can earn a free Auntie Anneās pretzel! I mean are you serious?!?!??!? I might as well have won the lottery. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have an e-gift card printed on paper. I have carried it around, a long time, because it seems to be difficult to use. The bar code doesn't scan, it has to be entered manually. No one seems to know how to do that, whenever I try to use it. About two years ago, I finally was able to make a purchase with it because the gal that day, knew what to do. I had time to spare today, so I thought I would try again... No go. The man ended up just giving me a discount because he couldn't figure out how to enter the card manually. I ordered diet Coke. Then he had to go into Walmart and buy ice while I waited. When he went to finally pour the diet Coke, it was empty. So now I have a flat Coke, that I didn't want, and I still have $2 on the gift card that no one knows...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTerrible service... been there several times and the service has just got worse.. went there again a few weeks ago to get my free birthday pretzel and showed him my phone which he scanned I wanted to pay for a cheese... he charged me for the pretzel. Went back a week later to get my actual free birthday pretzel... got dirty looks. Half the time the pretzels are stale and seem as if they have been sitting out ALL day and night. I won't be going back to this...
