On 21 October 2020 around 8:30om I stopped at Wendy's store #2389 at 5909 Mulhauser Road, West Chester, Ohio Wendy's and went through the drive thru. I realized two hours later, upon returning home, I did not have my credit card. I called the store 22 October and was told they did have my credit card, as it had not been returned to me after I paid. The employee took my name, number, and address and said she'd ask management if they could send it to me because I live in Lexington, Kentucky and didn't want to have to drive back to retrieve it. She told me they'd contact me later that day to let me know either way. Around 5:30pm I hadn't heard anything so I called and no one answered. I called two more times with no answer. Every day since I have called 2-5 times a day and no one has answered. I have used the customer care chat function on your website, the submit a ticket on your website, text messaging, and have called to be put on majorly long holds. I have also repeatedly called the store and finally at least reached a voicemail, though still not receiving a returned call. This is getting incredibly ridiculous at this point. At first I was understanding as far as a forgotten credit card where I could have noticed it not being returned as well. But now, having gone through almost a WEEK of completely being ignored and not being able to actually talk to ANYONE, I am at the end of my rope. I spent an hour on hold finally with customer service before speaking to a person. She attempted to call the store herself with no answer. She called the district manager for the store with no answer. She told me she changed my ticket to urgent. I asked what follow up I should expect, seeing as I hadn't even received an automatic response to my email saying I'd be contacted within a certain amount of time and she just said they usually get back to people within 48 hours but since she's changed it to urgent, I should hopefully hear something back sooner. I am shocked an international company with thousands of stores worldwide does not have a better follow up to ANY of their customer service contact options. I want my credit card back and I would like some compensation for my loss of time in repeatedly attempting to reach ANYONE about this issue that should be very easy to resolve.
Edit: it has now been two days since speaking with the customer service agent. I have not received any response. I have attempted to call the store again with no answer and am not willing to wait over an hour on hold for customer service. I have texted again with not even an automatic response. I have messaged through Facebook with no response and have written a review stating my case on Wendy's...
Read moreI came to the drive-thru and I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit and a medium order of potatoes hot and fresh. I paid and I was told it would be 3 minutes. No biggie I pulled forward and I'm waiting on my food as I waited I realize oh it's been 10 minutes and I'm still sitting here, as I walk in the restaurant and the woman proceeded to tell me it was my fault I wanted hot and fresh potatoes.... You know what it is my fault. I'm the one that asked for fresh potatoes but let me tell you what happened here..... They took another order and they pulled that car up so now you got a both of us so when I walk in at the 10-minute Mark she gets my potatoes right out of the bed they're not hot they were hot when they got done but they also been sitting for 7 minutes, I asked for hot and fresh potatoes. Not hot and fresh potatoes pull me forward with the car behind me and let's do both orders and then take them out together and then they both can leave. No that's not how this works. When you pull a car forward and you tell them it's going to be 3 minutes you do not have them sitting there for 10 minutes and then proceeded to tell the customer that's my fault I wanted fresh potatoes. One car at a time. When you tell someone 3 minutes don't have them sitting there for 10 minutes. This happened on the 14th around 9:30 am. And I do understand when restaurants are busy you do have a little bit of wait. But there was no one in line.... No one waiting for food.......

They asked me my order again because they didn’t write it down which leads to another issue of them asking three more times what I asked for then taking forever to give me my drink during this time I checked to see if they got my burger right because you know it’s always safe to check and they did not Ask for double bacon plain double cheeseburger plain so Who I believe was the manager came to the window and said they charged you for a double cheeseburger like OK I asked for a double bacon Plane And he repeats they charged you for a double cheeseburger. And I’m like OK I wanted A double bacon, clean all right pull head. I’ll bring it out for you 10 minutes After I pulled to the side, they bring out my double bacon did I mention I asked for a large bread as well several times they gave me a small, of course.
