Edited a few months later: I'm now pregnant and this is my craving. I absolutely hate that I don't live in the area. There's no replacement for Nanu's. 10/10 is an undestatement. I wish I could spam this page with positive reviews. I could've cried, the food was so good. Girl working at the front was so sweet and chatted with us while waiting for orders. The food.... The FOOD!!!!! $30 later and I'm obsessed. The medium is spicy but not "hot". Definitely could've handled more but I didn't feel like a burning mouth, so we stuck with medium and mild, and while spice was there, it was easily tolerable. Absolutely delicious. This is the loaded waffle fries, chicken sandwich, and the tender wrap combo. The waffle fries have chopped chicken in it. You can choose the spice level + whether you want regular chicken or hot honey chicken. (Forgot to add: dine-in food is handed out the same way to-go food is. Their sauce, personally, I didn't vibe with because it tastes like spiced mayo. I'd use some sour cream or buttermilk to balance it out) Edit: I was absolutely back for round 2, and this time the man at the front desk asked if we'd like some waffles for the baby!! (It was slow when we came by.) Food was delicious again, but omg your staff is just the sweetest!!! This is our new favorite...
Read moreFood is very good and seasoned well, more affordable and tastier than the competitors. However the service just isn’t there. The person giving out the food orders has an attitude every time we go; and they mess up our orders and never put cheese on the chicken sandwiches. This time we literally put a note asking them to honor the cheese topping since it says in the sando description it comes with cheese and they still didn’t add any. We also always request no coleslaw on the sandwich and they put it on the sandwich anyway. No parking to be able to come back in and ask for a change.
EDIT- terrible customer service, our most recent order 3 weeks ago was wrong AGAIN and my boyfriend got fed up and requested a solution in which the manager said he can get a refund all he has to do is send his receipt to their phone number which the manager provided. Well I can tell you it’s been 3 weeks since sending over the receipt and still no refund. My boyfriend called back today saying he needs a refund or he’ll have to do a chargeback and the person who answered the phone said do the chargeback in a careless tone. We will never spend our money here ever again. Go to fire Nashville or crispy chicken, yeah you’re paying more money but at least they have great...

I ordered online, and when I arrived to pick up my order, the gentleman at the counter, in between the conversation he was having with someone else on his earbuds, informed me my order didn't exist, despite the confirmation email. Eventually "the manager" came out to inspect the situation, and immediately started blaming me and accusing me of "placing an illegal order" whatever that is. I show him the order receipt on my phone, and he rudely grabs my phone out of my hand muttering a mixture of "it's an illegal order" and "you speak to IT". About 5 minutes later (which felt more like 30) and after being accosted and accused of "placing an illegal order" and asking at least for a refund, which was DEFINITELY NOT and option, I left. So, to recap, I can't speak to the quality of their food, only the Service and Atmosphere which unfortunately garnered 1 star each, despite clearly being a negative infinity...
