Worst customer service ever. I ordered food that never was delivered. Never received a call. I called back an hour later n constantly for 30 mins was hung up on.even when I was just asking if they could ask the driver how long. The girl who answered repeated my number incorrectly back to me. N hung up yet again.When I finally received a manager she was dismissive. Saying they call even that the placed called and I never received Any calls period.my husband was even outside waiting for them so how did their driver not see him than huh. Truly disrespectful to a longtime customer. Than have the nerve to say they aren't doing deliveries anymore when I had called off another phone just to see and they preceded to take the order. So I guess just no more deliveries on a obviously mistake on their part. Liars. Btw the manager is whom said they won't do deliveries any more. I grew up in Pilsen and every Sunday we would order from this place collecting flyers as discount for next order for more than 20 years today I spend 80 dollars and it was a big disappointment to see that after not only Getting my order wrong they never did anything to get it right ? They said to return the wrong order ? Really ? That it was owner policy to return a wrong order to get the right one ? Genuinely wondering if I went to a different place than other reviewers. This place is expensive for the quality of food and the prices aren't listed at the counter, so I ended up paying 18 bucks for an underwhelming small pizza. Service is slow, even when it's not busy. The crust tasted off, while the sauce (which was boiling hot) and toppings tasted like nothing. Admittedly the cheese did taste like cheese.
