Ordered wings yesterday through the website. There is an option to get the sauce on the side and so I clicked it. I arrived at the location and picked up my order when I went back the car I noticed the sauce was on the wings-no big deal I just went back to get it fixed. I was not eating them right away so I was going to reheat them and didnât want them to get hard. When I go back the first girl asked what was wrong so we explained and she went to get her manager. Me and my bf ordered 2 separate orders so in total between me and him it was about 90 wings. (We both wanted sauce on the side and both came with sauce already) so the manager comes out and already had a nasty attitude. We showed her our receipts showing clearly we selected sauce on the side. She was not having it she kept saying we had to contact customer support. By why? We out our order correctly thereâs no need to contact anyone. She said their system printed it out without the sauce on the sauce- thatâs not my problem. We were respectful and all we wanted was the order fixed. We were not looking for a refund or to keep the extra wings just simply getting the order right. She went on and on about itâs not her fault and that the wings would take a long time to do. Again we understand it was a pretty big order but we placed the order correctly. Just very rude person. I do understand that restaurants can be busy but they had three to four ladies working in the back area, they were in the back conversating with one another. Someone could've at least said I'll be right with you. So, a lady finally comes to the front and is talking fast with taking my order. She's over talking me and not listening making it very difficult for me to even put my order in! This Buffalo Wild Wings SUCKS!!!. I would give it no stars if possible. I definitely will not be back to this location. I also asked if they honor military discounts (not looking for special treatment just seeing if i could save a buck being a Honorable discharged service member with service-connected disabilities). The Latino woman kind'a smirked and was like "Naw we don't do that". So i guess it's amusing that i served my country with Honor, Courage, and Commitment in one of toughest branches of the Armed forces (United States Marine Corps). So I'm saying that to say that this location is pure trash with no service skills, people skills, business skills. I'll never eat here again and recommend no one else either. Plus the cheeseburger was a sloppy presentation and very salty. How is that, a cheeseburger salty...
   Read moremy wife and I stopped there to get some wings to go. I waited outside while my wife was ordering for us. She later came out and explained to me that the employee who took of her tried to rush her out . She was the only customer at the time which for me did not make sense at all. Also we usually go the BWW on North Avenue and never an issue over there. Last but not the least when we checked our receipt we were surprised that we were charged $48 for 30 wings. I usually get 40 for about the same price so when asked the so call manager he made me understand that " this was BWW Go " insisting on the last word "GO". First the service sucked and now we got to pay more than what we usually pay ? I asked for refund and another so called manager(Carlos) explained to me that a refund would take 35 days and I was like " that's unheard of " I still want a refund and I am going to make sure that everybody knows that you are running a scam in this location. I will be reporting them to BBB. This is ridiculous. If I could give less than one star I would have gladly given them...
