I placed a order over the phone on 01/24/2024 after leaving work. So by the time I arrive at the location it will be ready for pick up. And ask if the location was kedzie and Foster she said yes .The girl answer the phone and took my order and charge me and notify me. When I arrived at the location at Kedzie and Foster to pick up my order the gentlemen told me there is no order. I notify him it was charge with my credit card and I placed an order over the phone and show him that I was charge with my phone. So I call the number where I place the order. A hispanic guy answer the phone and notify me the order is ready. I inform him when I place the order with the girl I ask her if this was Kedzie and Foster she said yes. So I told him I am at Kedzie and Foster and they do not have my order. He notify me no this location is at Chicago and Kedzie location. I notify him when I place the order I confirm the location Kedzie and Foster and she confirm. So he said he was gonna direct me to her so I can get a credit and he disconnected. I redial there number more than 5 times and every time I call they would disconnect the call they kept disconnecting my calls. And I had to place my order again and wait for my order to be prepared. I am so unsatisfied with the kind of service they provided to the public. I really hope to hear from a manager about this situation and they need to address the two employees about this issued. Read moreI love Dominos more than any other pizza delivery, but wish I could get my orders from a different store. Never have a good experience with this store, multiple poor customer service experiences, messed up orders, and pizza quality (doesn’t taste like other locations). Ordered two pizzas at 7:15 and was told it would be a 25 minute delivery, but it took over 2 hours. I called in to check status after an hour and was on hold for 20 minutes then disconnected. Called back at 8:33 and gentleman told me it had already left the store after I asked if I could get something for the delay and inconvenience, but then tracker said it was pulled from oven at 8:29 and then it updated saying it left the store at 8:46, so I was lied to. Called again at 8:53, asked for status and was told it would be here within a few seconds.. misled again as I didn’t receive my pizza until 9:22 - surprised this store is even still in business. Also, asked for extra garlic seasoning on crust since that’s the best part and they didn’t put on any on either pizza, that made me sad. Guess I’ll continue these poor experiences since I can’t get pizza from a different store. May just go pick it up from another store...
Read moreIn the hopes this store will close forever, I’ll contribute to the everlasting grievance list this specific space seems to cause. I ordered from the website, because I was trying to do my part in eliminating the third party systems that prevent businesses from getting paid. This pizza might as well be made by mice over a dumpster fire. That’s how long it takes for the pizza to even begin to be prepared and that’s what it tastes like when you get it almost 2 hrs later. Burnt and cold. A diabolical combination. I know the people working there are getting paid in cashews so I don’t expect much. But I’ve seen better efficiency in a rural chuckie cheese. Just close. The whole place. Go get some piña coladas and try not to initiate experiences that feel so close to hell. If you’re wondering why I didn’t cancel. Surprise, it’s impossible. There is no way to stop them from making that pizza and showing up, because they don’t answer the phone. You’d be better off telling a pigeon.
