Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

The driver refused to follow the instructions I provided to deliver our order. I specifically instructed the driver (3 times) to buzz our apartment number, and deliver the pizza to my Unit's front door. After five minutes of thinking about what to do to avoid coming up the stairs, the driver then gave an excuse that he did not have a mask and used that as an excuse to not go up the staircase. If your drivers don't have a mask and want me to fetch it outside at their car, doesn't that put me, the customer, at risk simply because your driver doesn't want to wear a mask?

The driver finally buzzed my apartment number and was let in, and lied when he said he left it at my front door. He left it on the floor next to the mailbox.

I then called the Madison St location to reduce his tip amount. The woman who answered the phone said that "they can't change the tip amount after the pizza is delivered." I find that explanation ludicrous. How hard is it to deliver a pizza to my front door? Seemingly lazy personnel for a simple...

I just left the establishment to pick up a Postmates customer order and to my dismay, the restaurant rep ( whom I was told is the manager with locs in his hair and a very thin build) said the order is no longer available because he gave the items away. I then was told by the same guy he'll call the customer to explain the mishap. On contrary, the African American, extremely skinny, dread locs wearing, dry lips, dirty uniform wearing a$$ male lied in my face. In fact, I know he did not call the Postmates customer because I reached out to explain what took place and she said no one called her, SMDH! HOW...

The cauliflower crust is great - but I was going through Grubhub and jets kept messing up my order. So I called and spoke with a manager I think? Anyhow he said that shouldn’t happen so next time call Jet’s directly for a $10 credit. I called and spoke with someone who was taking my order. Then she said I already used the credit and put me on hold forever and then hung up. I called back. Without saying anything she put me on hold again. Thursday about 10:55 pm - w Madison st location in Chicago. As much as I love that pizza, I’m just not willing to keep slogging...
