I can't tell you how upset I am with the experience here. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE if you are working on a deadline. My husband and I ordered our wedding invitations from this place. We had a small wedding but it was still our special day. My husband just returned from military duty overseas. We had to get married in a small city hall ceremony prior to his unexpected deployment. When he returned we set a date and ordered invitations. We were promised the invitations in 14-21 days. When the invitations were finally printed, 6 weeks later, the date was wrong and our names misspelled. I showed the manager the original and they still refused to take responsibility. I was beyond excited to come check out this little boutique because I walk past it every day. I figured I'd stop by one day and buy a gift for my girlfriend who just had a baby, but all of my expectations were shattered by the terrible customer service. When I walked in, I didn't even get a hello. As more people walked in, they were all greeted nicely. No one ever asked if I needed help, and instead I was treated with contempt, which made me feel awful. My expectations of what happened led to me feeling uncomfortable and upset that I didn't have any assistance, especially because I had no idea how to shop for newborns.
