Mediocre pricey bar food + Less than stellar service = I won’t be back. At exactly our reservation time, when I’m walking in the door, I get a call from the restaurant about the reservation. There weren’t many people in the restaurant so I’m not sure why... bad start to the experience. For an appetizer we had the deviled eggs, which were pretty tasty but slightly salty. We also had the greek fries which were mediocre, but we were very hungry. We asked for ketchup and received a squirt of ketchup for the 3 of us. Asked for more and were told they were out and had to go retrieve it from somewhere??? Fries were gone by the time we finally got more!! I had a Mediterranean salad. The vegetables weren’t crisp. Didn’t appear to be super fresh (you know how cucumbers and tomatoes look a little transparent when they sit in the fridge and wilt) but it was ok. I also had the Green St. Pizza, my husband got a different pizza with bacon and sausage. Mine was ok. His bacon was not crisp like you expect on a pizza. Just ok. My daughter got the wings. She asked if she could have two different types and was told no for a reason I didn’t understand even after asking for clarity. So they brought them naked with 2 sauces. She seemed to like them. Part way through the meal someone appearing to be a manager asked if we’d mind if they opened the windows. My husband said not to (because I’m cold natured and hadn’t been feeling well). A couple of minutes later another man asked and my husband told him no and that we’d already been asked. We finished up and before we could pay the check they opened the windows!!! Just rude! Five more minutes wouldn’t have hurt them. Better yet why not inform us before seating that the windows would be opened!!?? Everything was just mediocre at best. Not good enough for the $$ we spent. At the end of the night my daughter looked at me and said “We won’t be coming back here.” I shook my head in agreement. Not something I...

Massive, prolonged fist fight with minimal intervention by staff.

A large group of girlfriends and I went here for a birthday and were seated in the back next to a bar crawl group. A fight broke out within the large group as soon as we sat down and was allowed to drag on for entirely too long, while bouncers stood in the direct vicinity not interfering. Several people in the group started yelling/shouting and two of the main guys shouted, threw punches at each other, and one ended up throwing another the ground (hitting his head on a table on the way down) He was knocked unconscious for several moments and eventually woke up, started yelling and going at it again with the other guy, all while during this time the bouncers still did not intervene at all. Their girlfriends started shouting and getting in the middle which again, happened over several minutes. Only a few members of the group were sent outside but then were allowed to come back inside and rejoin the shouting for whatever reason. Our group was seated right next to this and were afraid something would spill over onto our table. My boyfiend stood to defend/put a barrier between all us girls and the group. Luckily nothing did spill over but it was ridiculous and very worrisome he had to be put in that position, while the bouncers stood nearby idly.

Unfortunately fights break out but what was absolutely insane is how long this was allowed to go on for and the level it was allowed to escalate to while managment and the bouncers got minimally involved. Staff did apologize to us but also minimally. It was a very unsettling situation which luckily did not turn more dangerous.

Upon emailling with management, they downplayed the situation and flat out lied about what transpired. Stating it was only yelling and was immediately ushered outside which was not at all what happened. Incredibly...

We came here for a post-wedding brunch. The bride and groom had tables reserved, pizza and nibbles coming out, as well as an open tab for open ordering. All of the servers were milling about in the restaurant not tending to the tables. Each time we wanted to order something, we needed to flag down the staff who would make their way over with no apology and when it was brought to their attention the behavior wasn't corrected. The bus staff were buzzing around nonstop keeping the place tidy. The staff had the opportunity to make a lot of money off this large party- a missed opportunity.

When we were able to order drinks they were mediocre at best, both the Bloody Mary and the Watermelon Sugar were both flavorless. The cheese and the pepperoni pizzas were both a bit floppy, with a ton of cheese resulting in a soggy pizza. The second time we had to flag down a server our glasses had been empty for quite sometime. Since we were being ignored we opted to place a food order along with the drink order since we were unsure if we would ever be acknowledged by the server again. We ordered the Honey I'm In Love which came with honey whipped ricotta stuffed into pockets in the crust, garnished with fresh arugula, cherry tomatoes, and balsamic reduction. This pizza was much better than the floppy/soggy regular pizza. The crust was delicate and the flavors went well together. I wish more honey flavor came through in the whipped ricotta.

The service was so awful the only thing that kept us from getting up and leaving was that we were there for the newlyweds. If you are looking to be ignored by the staff this is the place for you, for me it is...
