Some very bomb chilequiles! An oasis off the beaten path, and directly across the street from Union Station. I was given a warm welcome greeting by the lovely woman at the counter. I was surprised to have had my food brought to me which just feels like the extra mile and i very much appreciated the service! The Chilequiles was beautifully presented, and cooked to perfectiong. The chips where saucy and with a slight crisp, the crema was tart and fresh, and the cilantro could not have vern fresher. The entire restaurant was spotless even in spite of the St Patties day traffic. I WILL be coming again when I am in the city! Check it out

I’ve never wanted to throw hands over an elote before and I should’ve read the description.. but it’s basically just tajin. $5 for tajin on corn. Picture attached so you know I’m being legit. Also got a chicken taco for $2taco Tuesday. It was a little dry but well seasoned and extra chicken. But the elote was the reason I went, and now I feel finessed.

Excellent food. Great customer service. Easily accessible. I had the burrito bowl and it was delicious. I must have been one of the first customers of the day, I saw them prepping the serving station. All food is made fresh. This is authentic Mexican food. They also provide catering services.

Location - NE corner of Madison & Canal.

Food is WOW amazing! Second time we have been here for lunch, and we continue to be amazed. Comments among our group: most authentic Mexican food I've had outside of Mexico -this is immediately the best lunch choice we have in the area

Trust me, you will really love this made-to-order food. Walkup counter to order/pay, and their salsas are available to the right where they package up your food (if you are taking out), while food is prepared in the open kitchen behind.

Was thrilled to meet the owner of our new favorite spot. Say hi to Anna when you go in!

Will remember to get some photos at...

Came for $2 Taco Tuesday. Pretty disappointing.

Tacos meats were bland and dry. I tried the chicken, steak, shrimp, al pastor, Piccadillo, barbacoa, and I’d only recommend the steak, if I had to, as the most flavorful.

Salsas were bland and watery. Tried them all as well. Would recommend the hot if I had to bc the spice added some flavor, at least.

The price was good and they have a lot of options tho, so there’s that I guess. But tbh, I...
