I love Motorola! I have been a loyal customer for 15 years, and nothing will change my mind about the brand. I remember when they primarily focused on pagers and radios that provided reliable communication for emergency responders and saved lives. The phones in the Droid series are nearly indestructible.
I currently have a Motorola Edge Plus from 2020, which is an older model, but I still love the camera and the impressive 5,000 mAh battery life. The fast charging feature allows me to recharge the phone in just 20 minutes, ensuring it lasts all day long. Additionally, the 256 GB storage capacity is fantastic.
I have been a Verizon customer for over a decade, and I wish they would offer the 2025 Motorola Edge Plus. Otherwise, I may consider upgrading to another phone. So I take it to the store I purchased it they tell me it's a manufactured defect I have to get ahold of Motorola so I do that they tell me they need a security deposit for $477.00 plus a 30.00 fee of some kind, or I can send my phone in for them to fix and go without one until then. I tried to explain to them I do not have that much money for the security deposit. They act as if no big deal they will give it back as soon as they receive my old phone. Now we are backed Australia and the internal screen is broken and I couldn't find anywhere to do the repair. I call the Motorola company Australia, they said they won't repair the phone just because I bought it from HK, even I am willing to pay for the repair they just won't!!!!!
