Burger King — Restaurant in West Covina

I’ve been coming to this location for a while but today’s visit was by far the worse experience I had. I came today to have a quick lunch and I tried using the app’s coupon for the whopper for 2 for $13.99 but for some reason they were not taking them. Yet the manager by the name of Walid was “nice” enough to override it. This is where all hell broke lose. First, Walid was rushing my order even though I wanted to order one more item. Second, I wanted to order the sandwiches in a specific way since my partner wanted cheese on his and I wanted no mayo on mine. Then came this other manager by the name of Claudia saying that I need to leave because there were other cars waiting and I was lucky enough to be given a discount. So they gave us our order and I paid. I asked for the receipt and Walid said have a good day. I asked for his name. He gave it to me. I left the drive thru but I went inside the store to ask for my receipt which I was “greeted” by Claudia once again. I let her know that I was in the drive thru and Walid had refused to give me a receipt, therefore, I’m here to get it. She told me that I had to wait because she was serving customers with an attitude. It took a good minute but she gave it to me. I asked once again for their names and she said hers. Also, Walid came out and said his name once again. Then, Claudia asked for my name….really? You’re pretty much in the wrong and now you want my name? I left and got home until to realize she gave me wrong the receipt. I have been trying to call the location several times but no one is answering…big surprise there. No accountability. My order was made wrong and the fries tasted like they sitting for a while. I do have corporate number but I doubt they’ll do anything. Won’t be coming to this...

It is a typical Burger King establishment, this one is located across the street from Eastland Center in West Covina. I have visited this joint, several times, in the beginning of 2024, when I used to work in the area. I would come here, from time to time, to have my lunch breaks. The meals, that I would order, were delicious, and well-made. At the same time, the lines were not long. Of course, the service was also prompt. Not only the service was prompt, there was, also, ample of space, to sit down, and enjoy a meal. The tables, too, were neat. In addition, the prices were not on the expensive side. So, if anyone is in West Covina area, I would recommend to stop by this joint. The prices, and delicious meals, themselves, are...

Fast and always efficient, and they always get your order 100% right every time!!! Ana is always very kind and very friendly she seems to care about everyone and take extraordinary care of her customers! She takes pride in her work and it shows she always has a kind smile on her face as well as all the employees at this location😁 it is always clean inside and out. The booths are nice and the indoor playground seems to workout fine for those who have little ones who want to play. I come to this location when I am also in a bit of a rush because of the exceptional drive through service! Super fast and courteous. And the location is just off the 10 fwy and Citrust St. In Covina Easy off and really easy back on!!! No time...
