Update: Management never responded to my email which they requested for me to reach out .

I placed the order at 12:17 PM and received an email confirming that it would be ready at 12:32 PM. No big deal. It’s now 12:37 PM, and I’m 5 minutes past the “curbside” drop-off time. I called the store, and the employee, Esmeralda, answered. She said, “You placed the order too early and arrived too early. I’ll be out in a bit; it’s rush hour.” Before I could say anything else, she hung up the phone.

Then, I saw Esmeralda walking back and forth, looking for my vehicle. When she approached me, she said, “That’s not a Toyota Corolla.” If she isn’t happy working for Jersey Mike’s, she should find another job. This is my first and last time coming to this location. What is a reasonable time to go expect an online order on a late Saturday afternoon ? 15 mins? 30 mins? 45 mins?

Placed an online order and had to wait 45 mins past the pickup time.

The manager was prioritizing in person orders and made some excuse that the meat slicer was down or something but was able to address the in person orders.

10 mins later, requested to refund my order.

Manager said the sandwiches are almost done and about to wrap up, and i responded, not going to wait any longer and who knows how long it will take them to get it to the finish line.

Worth noting that there was another person who waited an hour already.

Its just sandwiches, and not much to it. Not sure why this place is ran so inefficiently.

The service was good, Our order was all off, we ordered online and asked for no onions on 2 sandwiches and onions on one other and they gave us onions on the wrong sandwich . The sandwich was very bare, and cut lazily. I’ve been to other jersey mikes and this place gave us barley any lettuce the sandwich was mostly bread and the ends were practically only meat and cheese. The tomato didn’t look very fresh and the mini was smaller then at other locations. All around a disappointing experience for a jersey mikes.
