Excellent customer service. I highly recommend Royale Jewelers. Prices are reasonable, everyone is friendly and super sweet. Honestly I have passed by this store multiple times whenever I would visit this mall but it wasn't until recently that I decided to take a look over at their Pandora Jewelry selection. Lord and behold I am so glad I did because I have been miserable not being able to find my original Disney Aladdin bangle that I purchased 2 years ago. The official Pandora website no longer carried the bangle in the size I originally purchased so I figured, why not check out this place and ask if they still carried the bangle even though it's been marked as final sale on Pandora's website. I have found only one jewelry shop online that carried it, but I was holding back on buying it.

I was immediately attended by a super sweet associate there by the name of Jassmyne and another male staff there. Both provided such excellent service and I almost cried when they told me that they might still have that bangle in stock, and they actually did. Of course right then and there I decided to purchase it since it was a miracle and I've had 0 luck at pandora stores. Big plus knowing they are a family owned business and they have AMAZING people running this store. I left extremely happy and will be returning for future purchases. Luckily I only had two charms on my bracelet and I will be happy to repurchase it...

I had an amazing experience at Royale Jewelers. I came in with a ring stuck on my finger—something that had become painful and really stressful. After being turned away everywhere else, I was welcomed with so much warmth and care.

William, his sister Malina, their lovely parents, Nabil and Gina, and Batool went above and beyond to help me. They were incredibly kind and patient, even offering water, coffee, and ice packs, and carefully removed the ring—without charging me a thing. I’m so grateful to the whole family for their grace and hospitality in helping me, with no benefit to themselves. That kind of selflessness is rare and deeply appreciated. William quite literally went out of his way to successfully help me. Finding all the right tools for the job, he is truly an expert at his job.

The store is overflowing with really beautiful and unique pieces. I’ll definitely be back with my mom to shop around. If you're looking for amazing service and people who TRULY care, Royale Jewelers is the place. I don’t think I’ve ever come across nicer people...

Great jeweler with reasonable prices! This is a small family-owned establishment. I went to them one year ago to by my then girlfriend, now wife, a birthday present. She likes to keep it simple so I got a pendant with her birthstone, blue sapphire. The people at Royale Jewelers are friendly and willing work with your budget. My girlfriend loved the pendant and I was so pleased with their customer service I went back three months later to buy her engagement to match the pendant, a blue sapphire solitaire. During our wedding planning we ended getting our wedding bands from Royale Jewelers with much ease! Flash forward to today, one year from my initial purchase, I decided finish the set and bought my now wife sapphire earrings to go with her ring and pendant.

Something else to note: if you like something they have but want a different stone, they'll switch it out on the spot if they have the gem you want.
