Every time we step into Zales, my fiancé & I are always greeted with warmth and smiles from everyone. Michelle & Sal most importantly have treated us so well with every visit! Thank you to Michelle for helping my fiancé fully customize my engagement ring to surprise me with & for being SO patient as I tried on every wedding band to find my perfect dream set. Sorry Michelle that it took me 2 trips to Zales and several hours!! Again, I appreciate your patience! I ended up requesting to get my wedding bands custom as well, not knowing if it would even be possible to have them made. Michelle made the process go by so smoothly and made sure she did everything possible to have us walk out happy and stress free. Read moreSo, since Covid I actually PREFER online shopping now and the fact that my necklace was damaged meant I HAD to take it to an actual store for repair. Upon entering I noticed a woman helping another woman and a man helping another man, so, I kinda browsed around literally waiting for some type PROFESSIONAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT. I KNOW the lady didn't see me, however, the male saw me clearly, because after standing there for about ten minutes, I sat down literally in his line of vision, at the adjoining counter, also, to mention when I walked in I walked in facing him, so, he clearly KNEW I was there, However, NEVER, offering up any kind of customer service and this is from the "the manager"!!! Humph! Well when my mom went to put on the necklace she noticed the chain was broken. At this point I was like really first a totally disheveled box and now a broken chain? So we took it back again to the store and the lady straight up gave us attitude abou it. She’s like well when I put it in the new box it wasn’t broken.
