Navigating the store's aisles, the monotony of the shopping experience seemed to stretch endlessly before me, a seemingly interminable journey through shelves stocked with various goods. The fluorescent lights overhead cast a sterile glow, accentuating the mundane nature of the surroundings. The rhythmic hum of refrigerators and the distant murmur of fellow shoppers further contributed to the overall sense of ennui that permeated the air.

As I pushed my cart forward, each squeaky wheel turn echoed my sentiments of boredom. The shelves, neatly organized and meticulously arranged, failed to ignite any spark of interest. Product labels, boasting vibrant colors and persuasive slogans, blurred into a visual mosaic, blending together in a sea of consumerism.

Occasional announcements over the store's intercom punctuated the otherwise monotonous atmosphere, their robotic voices conveying promotions and reminders that failed to capture my attention. ordered a pair of shoes on 2/2/2015 was told they would be in store Thursday 2/5/2015, went to store on 2/5/2015 told they had not come in yet and to check back on 2/9/2015. Back to store on 2/9/2015 was told they had not yet checked on deliveries and was asked to wait 15 minutes while they checked, walked around store for 20 minutes went back to counter. Clerk said manager was checking on delivery and could I wait; waited another 20 minutes and manager came back and said the item had not come in, that I should check back Thursday the 12th or Monday the 16th. At this point I gave up and asked for a credit on my bill - manager said the item had to be received before they could issue a credit. She did say she would do this when the item arrived. Terrible store, employees never shop...

I would have love to go into JC Penny's, but was told tov go to the repair guy for a CASE for my New Cellular phone. The guy behind the kiosk... I think he was mentally unstable.... he 1st., Took my very expensive Cell, put it to a different counter. "Swooped" up all these different cases..... I was so very Shocked, and Spooked, I accually was scared right out of there .... needless to say.... My husband and I turned around and left.... without buying anything.... I personally was too embarrassed, and extremely confused, being that I didn't have my walker with me. During the COVID Pandemic... Never tested positive... just wanted to pick up some much need items... I just don't understand people...
