Such a bad experience. My boyfriend placed an online order at 7:26 pm and got there at 7:40 (right when it said the food would be done) once he got there he opened the app to see if it was done and it said “we got your order but it’s gonna be a while” so he waited for 5 more minutes then checked again and it said it was done so he went in and all the workers were just talking and messing around not working at all and there was only one person there waiting for food as well, so I’m not sure why it was taking a while. He stood there for ten minutes they said they will make it and they said after those ten mins “oh yeah we don’t have tortilla shells” so we got bowls instead, then 5 mins later he went back to my boyfriend and said “we’re out of the ranch as well” then they went BACK up to him a third time and said “we have to make the fajita veggies” we paid $1 for each of our burritos to be double wrapped, we paid 70 cents each for two ranch and didn’t get those either or our money back for them. we paid for burritos and we should get those, or they could have at least called us ahead of time and asked if burritos were okay before we got there and waited. I’m sure they have more tortillas in the back but too lazy to go grab them since they’re all just laughing and talking. My boyfriend has been standing there for an additional ten minutes after they said they had to make the fajita veggies and one of the workers said “where are the veggies” and the guy who keeps messing around just said “oh they’re right there” our food has been sitting in the bowls the WHOLE time he has been there while they kept messing around and “making the veggies” our food sat on the counter for approximately 15 minutes and we live in Norwalk so now it’s probably going to be cold as hell by the time he gets home. It’s 8:06 and he just now got our food, he’s been there since 7:40 and placed the order when he was still in Norwalk. Terrible “management” and crew. Almost 30 mins of standing there for what should have been made in 5-10 minutes. It’s gonna be great eating cold food that’s been sitting on a counter. Their tables and floors and counters we’re disgusting. There was food everywhere, all over the tables and counters and floor. Maybe if they would actually do their job instead of sit and talk, they could get people their food and be able to clean up. Terrible chipotle! Just got my food and they put NO lettuce in either of our bowls which we asked for lettuce. And there’s hardly any of most of the toppings. They should have packed them for making us...
Read moreNo White Rice, No Steak, No Pico. They literally tried to give me a tablespoon of the unrequested (but only option) brown rice before I had to ask for a bit more rice. He gave me one more tablespoon. Not exaggerating. They charged us over $50 when we had only $25 worth of burritos. Not sure whose order they added to ours, but it was way off. So that took them a while to fix. When asked why we couldn’t get a side of pico from the overflowing “mobile order area”, we were told that was for mobile customers only because they already paid. What did they think I was doing! My money is just as good! As we sat and ate, we watched a man who was in the same line get to get his missing ingredient item from the mobile area and then immediately after him was another guy that was missing an ingredient and they told him no! I am not even kidding! He was not happy either. Crazy! On top of that I swear to you I think it was a prison work release business. It was totally sketch. We are from Kansas and we go to our local area chipotles a ton. We know how it works if you are out of an ingredient at the dine in bar, they always borrow from mobile bar OR they pause a second and refill. There was nobody cooking anything and we were told that if we wanted steak it would be awhile because they would have to cook it. Duh. This had poor management written all over it. Arrive at store at 5:18 because estimated food ready time is 5:20. Waited for 20 mins. Nothing. Asked the guy in front of me that got his food how long he waited. He said thirty mins. Wait another 10 mins thinking I would get my food at 30 mins. Nothing. Went up asking about my order. They’re saying they don’t have my order. I showed my app and email and receipt and all proof that I paid and ordered more than half an hour ago. Nothing. Went up two more times before demanding them to make the food I already paid for. One staff says my food might have been picked up by other people on mistake (doubt it. Cause I arrive before food ready time and the only other guy waiting for app order was waiting right next to me for 20 mins). I had to went up four times to get my steak bowl without steak. Sofritas bowl without sofritas and missing a quac side. I left the store after waiting for the food for 70 mins and found out my order has no steak no sofritas and no quac. I throw away the food and got chick-fil-a next door instead.
