I was one of the employees that worked here. I quit because the manager and one other coworker are very rude and disrespectful, they will talk behind my back about my weight and saying im lazy knowing that i have missing bones in my spine and a unhealed ankle so it takes me awhile to do things. The manager made me work alone for a closing and opening shift without any help saying she will have someone come from a different location but no one did. Mind you both of those days were very busy. Just this Wednesday we did a food trade with chick fil a we had no ride to get the food so I asked if one of my friends could so I added a extra meal the manager is now making me pay for the donuts that we traded. I was very unsatisfied with my job. Everyone else that works there are amazing people and they deserve a lot more than what they are getting right now. Read moreThis morning was my last attempt to give the Krispy Kreme store at Jordan Creek, as well as the location in Ankeny, the benefit of the doubt. I am from northern Illinois, just south of the Chicago area, and the Krispy Kreme donuts there are so much better than here. Every time I come to the Jordan Creek store, as well as the Ankeny store, I have been given refrigerated, cold, stale donuts. Krispy Kreme should be warm (at the very least room temp), fresh, melt-in-your-mouth goodness, and that is not what these donuts are at all. Why are you serving refrigerated donuts? This was my last try at either of these locations. Very sad, as Krispy Kreme has always been my favorite donut, but you have ruined it. I can see review after review complaining about this, and yet you continue to sell the same subpar product. I don't see how you will stay in business with serving such poor quality donuts...
Read moreSometimes the filled doughnuts have very little filling. The operating times posted for the store have been iffy at best over the past year. One time I sat outside in their parking lot for 20 minutes waiting for someone to show up and finally left. Even left my phone number for someone to call me. No one ever did. Hopefully, they have those issues resolved. The past couple of times I have been in there, the staff have been nice, so hopefully they got rid of the girl that was rude to customers and seemed annoyed to be doing her job. My most recent visit, staff would have gotten 5 stars. In the past, I would have given 1-2 stars, which is why I gave the 3 star rating today.
