Ankeny store- 5 stars The Jordan Creek location has similarly friendly staff, though there have been issues where my food was forgotten behind the counter instead of bringing it out. Ordering ahead online might be the way to go.

Unfortunately the food quality has fallen off since the location first opened; it had been on par with the Ankeny counterpart. Smoothies are now mostly ice, very noticable when you don't add sugar. Wraps are consistently slimmer, or the ingredients aren't fresh. Rice, chicken, beans, etc taste microwaved or stale. It's hard to tell one wrap from another because they have become more bland.

I'm a big fan of this franchise, and appreciate any attempt at getting slightly healthier food than the fast food offerings we have in the area. Their prices haven't escalated and they continue to release enough new offerings to be interesting year-round. The smoothies are very large (you could split them between 2 people. The food is relatively healthy, but not that challenging to make. The cheese quesadilla is a complete waste of money Don't get that item. The quesadilla doesn't taste bad but it's ingredients are tortilla shell cheese microwave... I will be back for this smoothies but probably not the food, because I can make the food at home for a eighth of the price. I don’t normally write reviews but after my experience tonight I felt obligated to write one. Our Door Dash driver forgot our food and only delivered our smoothies. The employees here took it upon themselves to remake our food and allow me to come in and pick up the food thirty minutes before close. When I said that this should be Door Dash’s responsibility to comp me the employee I spoke with insisted I allow them to refund me even though they had no obligation to.
