Everytable — Restaurant in West Hollywood

I will just say there is one good server worker there, her name (I think) is Kiya, (black woman from out of state). She is expectacular and really good with costumers. She was the reason we started going there in the first place. Everyone else have been terrible with costumers. Lately the service from all the other workers has worsen so bad: they're are on their phones or display very strange behiors towards costumers, it even bothers them when you asks them something, or they even straight up ignore you when you ask about an item or in my case, they lie. This has been the situation I faced especially with the young girls who worked there. It is such a bad service that despite my friends and I really liking the one good woman who works there and puts so much effort and passion in the job, despite us liking the initiative behind everytable, and despite how close with live to it... we all just decided to stop supporting the establishment. Even the branch owner has a "I don't care attitude" so I ask: why would I bother to spend any money there? Last week I went with the intension of buying something and not only the young lady was resting her head on the counter while on her phone, but She ignored me when I asked her something. This young lady seemed She didn't even like to work there. My friend stop going because some people were smoking weed and being a little over the top, I then encouraged him to ignore that incident and to keep visiting this place... but after experiencing the bad service myself from the young workers... I think I will start encouraging people I know to actually take their business...

The Food is amazing, the service completely 100% sucks in this location and has sucked for months. I don't understand why the branch owner keeps hiring people who seem to absolutely hate working there.

The worst costumer service ppl working there are the two young girls one black girl with extensions and one white girl with green hair. They are so freaking rude, zero charisma, zero effort (they literally have the easiest job I can imagine in comparison to other cashiers or waiters).

They just hate working there and it shows on the way they greet you, or do their duties (from ignoring you, to slamming things, to saying things like UGhhhhh when you order). And it is not one isolated event, these are multiple times and experience I had , that my friends and that even strangers have had

I support everytable but I will stop being their costumer because this has been months of really horrible service. They even lock their doors while they are inside because they don't want to deal with costumers!!! or they get bother when you ask something or even buy something. I literally do not know these women or have anything against them nor I have had a confrontation; I have been very chill about it but I am running out of patience.

It really pisses me off because there are so many ppl desperate for any job in this market, and these girls are continuously ruining this business and not appreciating the opportunity they have. I will 100% will go off on these ppl next time because I am sick and tired...

Great concept and I was genuinely excited to support this. The food is decent and fairly priced.

But… wow, I’ve never encountered ruder staff anywhere in LA. Thought it was a one-off, so I gave it a second chance. Nope, wasn't an isolated incident. Judging by other reviewers, I’m not alone. I genuinely feel bad for the business owner who probably has no idea how much business these employees are costing them.

It's just not worth the hassle when there are so many other food places close by that will treat you respectfully.
