Tuesday Night My Daughter and I went here about 7:15 pm it was empty but filling up. we sat at the Bar and started to have a Great Night the Bartender was helping us very nice and the chicken strips we received were so good. about 8 pm the rest or our party started to come in so they moved us to a very small rail bar that they felt would be good for 17 to 20 people. and our waiter Johnny came over he seemed very nice but he was very slow to help us. then one of our group members ask if we could move and the other employee that was very nice said yes but I guess this ws too much for Johnny to handle because his service got worse. It got so Bad that I had to go to him and ask him to get help that he refused to do but he did try to step up and help us more faster. but what did he do he combined everyone checks and screwed them all up. so as people in our party left he was to take their part off but he didn't. Now I do not know what he did with the cash but when it came to the end and after all was said paid he told the birth day boy that he still owed $74.00 . So Here is What my Bill was approx $35.00 for two drinks and chicken strips, $80.00 that I paid cash for the birthday boy's bill and $88.93 for a lot of good food that I had.. But Guess how much they charged my Credit card Approx $500.00. This was not the amount on my receipt but that hit me for the $35.00 and $500.00 that caused other check of mine to bounce that cost me $105.00 in fee's. I saw this the next morning and I called a Very nice manager Named Kat or Cat that said she would get the information to the accountant that they could not do anything that it would need to go to her to make any adjustments, So Wednesday, went by no call no change, Thursday I called again same story, Friday Got a hold of that very nice manager Cat or Kat again she said all she could do it pass the message to the owners and to the accountant. I had to say that I would cal the police to get them to but my money back. But they still owed me $105.00 that they do not feel that they should pay me. They caused these fee's and they feel oh well and the owners not this accountant still have called me back. So I Say to you All it you want Great food and a very good show please come here just remember that they will rip you off so please PLEASE DO NOT PAY WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD AND PLEASE WATCH YOUR BILL AS THEY WILL SCREW YOU IF THEY CAN. 20 People in our party and 7 of the 20 had bill issues. WATCH...

THIS PLACE STUNK! Like, it was easily one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had and I actually feel bad for people who are willing to go to a place where you're not taken care of, nor given the food you actually ordered.

Service: 1.) While I was waiting for my friends at the bar, I greeted the bartender with a polite "Hello. How are you?"", to which he responded "What do you want?" as he pointed to the tables in the dining area. Shocked, I asked him if he had anything on happy hour and he said nothing, then walked away. I was floored! When he returned, I ordered a exhorbantly bad tasting drink to which NO one asked me how it was.

2.) A member of my party had to send his food back 4 times! The first time they placed bacon and cheese on his salmon burger but no teriyaki ,pineapple, and mushrooms(the original order was a salmon terayki burger with bacon and cheese on the side). The second time they came back, they placed the bacon and cheese on the side, but did not include the mushrooms, pineapple or terayki. So we, once again, sent it back, this time the server changed and he just threw on some mushrooms to the old burger, but STILL forgot the pineapple and teriyaki. We had to flag down a new server to get the final two items ON THE SIDE! This little fiasco took up over half the meal.

THERE WAS NO COMPENSATION NOR AN APOLGY FOR THE SERVICE AND FOOD.

Food: 1.) I ordered fried pickles and was repulsed. Upon the first bite, I could feel the grease come down my forearm. 2.) The wagyu burger was fine, but at 27 dollars, I was rocked. Also, the menu prices don't correspond with the check/menu which is near robbery. 3.) The salmon burger was horrendous. 4.) That was a poor excuse of a salad. 5.) The fries and food were so salty, that part of my mouth still burns as I write this review.

Price: 1:) The tab was nearly $300 for the 4 of us.

I really hated this place and I will NEVER recommend anyone to this gimmicky restaurant. You're better off...

Came here for Sunday Drag Brunch. It was my first time but couple others in our group had been here before so we decided to come in to celebrate a friend's birthday. I really wanted to like this place...but our experience wasn't as good as I hoped it'd be.

We called the day before and made reservations for our group but when we arrived, they STILL made us stand in line to wait and get in and they never had a table set up for us. So at first they made us sit in the outdoor patio (which defeats the purpose of the show) but finally they rearranged some tables and seating inside so that our group can be seated inside and also watch the show.

Once seated, it was a good 30-40 minutes before we even got a server to help us. Yes, 30-40 minutes! When we finally did get someone to help us, it wasn't their regular server, it was the host, who, to his credit tried his best to serve us and was very apologetic about the wait. So with that said, it took 30-40 to get our drink orders in, finally got 4 waters (for a group of 8) after an hour of being there, and the rest of the drink orders came out at about another 20-30 minutes after that (some alcoholic and some just sodas). In short, we didn't get our food until TWO hours after having already been seated.

The show itself was cute and fun but unfortunately, we were so hangry with not having any food or drinks that it put a damper on the whole thing.

The food was also disappointing. Expensive and bland hamburgers, the breakfast burrito was just OK, the fries were somewhat decent. Our $300 bill for blah food was pretty disappointing. Do they have a different menu on other days? Because we thought the menu options were more than just hamburgers, 3 salads and a few appetizer items? The brunch menu was a little better with decent options.

So....what was the point of letting us make reservations if they don't even honor it? Wish we had a better experience so I can come back again...
