I have been here for lunch for many years, with friends, and I always loved it. Such a nice location, always very clean and many good employees, kind and polite. Unfortunately, since two years, the situation drastically changed, under all points of view. Employees change often and, I don’t know if they are not “trained” anymore, but are very lazy, they yell to each other in front of the clients and many of them just stand in there complaining. It’s almost embarrassing stand there and watch them. Especially after 40 minutes that you are waiting for you lunch, when you have just one hour to eat! To make everything worst there is the condition they keep the place where they assemble your food…it’s just disgusting. There is food everywhere and they keep assembling food, without cleaning the working area. I waited at least one year to write this, because I was hoping to see this place to be back to its standards, but it’s getting just worst month after month. It’s a shame that all these have not been addressed from the Company’s quality service! I’m not the first one that is complaining and I’m sure I will be not...
Read moreWe love panera "you pick two" but were really disappointed with the food at this visit. We ordered tomato soup and grilled cheese through the panera app for "grab and go" service and arrived within 5 minutes of when it was said to be ready, but the soup was cold when we got home 5 minutes later, so it's unlikely it was ever very hot. It was also not the smooth and creamy blended soup we usually get, it was more like someone had dumped a can of diced tomatoes in a cup of tomato juice, a very unpleasant texture and it seemed to be missing the basil and other herbs. The grilled cheese was also cold and seemed hastily slapped together, not two pieces of bread stacked on each other, but bread tossed on top of melted cheese that was stuck to the wrapper. Additionally, the side of chips came in a bag with a hole in it, so we didn't trust eating that at all! The other sandwich, a deli turkey, was unusually thin on turkey and not the fresh and meaty sandwich like we had ordered at other locations. We will probably try panera again, but likely not this location which is a shame because it's so...
Read moreWalking in, the bakery presentation was absolutely mouthwatering, we were so excited for our orange scone and cinnamon rolls. The girl who rang me up was very friendly and quick to answer our questions. We also ordered 2 large coffees and I paid the $15 plus a $2 tip. Then I was handed 2 empty cups to make our own coffees...with just milk, half & half, and almond milk as options. No flavorings, and the blonde roast flavor we chose was about as good as day old gas station coffee. Then to top it off....the cinnamon roll was hard and dry throughout except the very last bite in the center. The orange scone was so doughy and seemed like they forgot the sugar and orange flavoring all together....the icing was actually pretty good but $4 for icing and $4.29 for a single bite of cinnamon roll...not to mention almost $20 for a "breakfast" that left us sincerely wishing we would have just went to McDonald's. I'm not sure how they stay...
