Noodles and Company — Restaurant in West Jordan

This location is the worst! I have been here a number of times and every single time the food is either sub-par or bad. The service is always bad. My wife went to the Sandy location earlier this week and was telling me how she forgot how good noodles and company can be. I figured I’d try again and once again it was terrible. It was all a bunch of little things that added up to a really bad experience. When I got to the counter (heavy baby on my arm so I put her down) there were about eight or so employees and no one greeted me while they continued their conversation. The manager was standing right there looking at me and said nothing. About 20-30 seconds later someone called me over to a computer on the other side of the restaurant and took my order. I asked her for 2 plastic spoons since they are smaller and my kids can’t fit the metal ones in their mouth. She said they’d bring them with the food. Okay great. We sit outside and set up shop. Quite a bit of work when you have kids on your hands and all of the condiments are back inside by the drink station. Food comes, wrong food. And I figured since I didn’t see the spoons they were going to be forgotten with my order and I wanted to be ready. I walk back inside and ask another employee for the spoons and as I do so I can see my order sitting there waiting to be ran. The manager came back from delivering another order and throws his tray back up next to my order and starts taking more orders. Now in my experience with food, hot food always, always comes first. Anyway, about five minutes later our now cold food comes and no one wanted to eat it so I packed it up and left. As I was grabbing boxes I noticed an older gentleman asking the employee delivering his food if he could get some silverware. She says “oh sure, it’s right over there” and points to it. I was thinking, you suck at your job and offered to get it for him and he said “it’s okay, I got it” I will never be going back to noodles and company again. They have gone way down hill these days and I’m not paying eighteen bucks for that...

I have been going here for years and ordered again online tonight. I got 1 BBQ chicken mac, 1 Wisconsin mac and cheese (with large drinks). When I arrived, the only thing that showed up was the BBQ chicken mac. So, because this place is ALWAYS busy at night, I had to wait 30 minutes to get my the Wisconsin Mac and cheese. During my wait, I went to get the drinks filled up, only to find that the only things available were diet and zero sugar (which we don't drink AT ALL). So I go up and ask if they can restock the freestyle machine. The guy responds with, "I am sorry, we can't do that right now we are so busy. You can take one of the options from the front display area." Some issues I have with this option, first is the options suck. Second issue, I would just ask for a water cup if I wanted water and not pay for bottled water. Third issue, I am not drinking caffeinated beverages for dinner (which only leaves IZZE which I have never had before). Fourth issue, I later found out that there is a price difference between fountain drinks and these options in the front. So I just gave you free money by switching my beverage choice because you guys were too busy. I can't tell you how patient I have been with the constant busy times that are ALWAYS there but this was next level tonight. Then, to add to things, our dinner was cold! So unless you want to reach out and make things right (at which point I will update my review), I won't step foot back...

Seriously the most heartwarming service ever!

this will be long winded.. I apologize in advance I just want you to understand why this experience was so profound.

October 21st of 2017 my grandpa passed away. He was someone I truly treasured, so this weekend was hard for me.

earlier on the morning of October 20th 2018 I had awoken to someone close to me writing messages that where.. just down right cruel to keep it short and simple all over a simple miss understanding that could have been cleared easily. and because of that I was late to a photoshoot because I was late to the photo shoot I upset a family member over a simple un intentional mistake who really laid into me about it. I had had no sleep the night before because I was up all night working on a memorial video for my grandpa that I was going to show my family the next day (it had to be perfect) . So by the end of the night I was just.. defeated in a last stich effort to try an cheer me up my boyfriend took me to Noodles. As we got there it was very obvious if you looked at me I had been crying. Luckily Andrea was at the register because I was struggling just to order my food and she was such an angel, so patient so sweet didn't let me feel stupid, she went out of her way just to be so unbelievably nice. For the first time that day Andrea Made me feel like i wasn't a piece of garbage. Andrea stay golden, you are an angel. thank you seriously from the bottom...
