If I could give this ZERO stars, I would but Google is nice and the lowest is one. This is far and above the WORST, KFC I’ve been to in my life and the dirtiest establishment I’ve been in, in years. I’m disappointed for the owners of this franchise because I swear I didn’t see a single employee over the age of 17 and no one really gave a crap about a single thing. Floors were disgusting, greasy, and slippery. Now, this place wasn’t full, so it’s not like I came in when a crap ton of people came in and had just left. The tables were ok and there weren’t crumbs on the floor, just grease. Like, that’s where they made the chicken I think. They were totally out of medium cups, so we got large. While that’s not the most horrible thing, they were out of napkins. Yes, out. OUT of napkins! Someone brought out a mop and bucket in an attempt to mop the floor I thought, but they ended up leaving it unattended for a bit, blocking the walkway. No mopping ended up being done. I did hear someone come out and complain about a smashed biscuit they had to clean up after a toddler had it in a high chair. I worked lot and lobby when I was 14 at McDonald’s so I don’t feel sorry for them. It’s a job, you just do it. The food…Chicken in the tender’s meal were disgusting – they were hard as a brick and insanely dark. They were horrible and my son was not impressed. $5 box should have come with a cookie – but…don’t be shocked, they were out as well. There wasn’t much that went right with the meal. The only good part, was they were right across the parking lot from Village Baker. We should have gone there first, but we didn’t. We went there second. We will never ever go back to a KFC for fear it will be like this. Save your money and go to Village Baker, they’re amazing and I’ll never pass them up again in my life! I feel like I should write them an apology letter for having not gone...
Read moreI wouldn't recommend anyone to waste their time and money at KFC ever again. This is by far one of the worst restaurants I have ever visited. Everything, from the service to the food was just utterly abysmal.
The moment I walked in, the stench of old oil and stale food immediately hit me. The place was filthy, with greasy floors, dirty tables, and overflowing trash cans. When I asked a staff member if they could do something about it, they rolled their eyes and told me that they "were too busy."
To make matters even worse, the food was just awful. The chicken was dry, overcooked, and tasteless. They served me cold and stale fries that were as limp as a wet noodle. The biscuit was so hard and stale that I couldn't even cut into it. The gravy was watery and bland, and the coleslaw tasted like it had been sitting out for days.
I complained to the staff about my food, but they just shrugged and didn't seem to care. They didn't offer me a refund or even an apology for the poor quality of the food. It was as if they didn't care about their customers at all.
To sum it up, KFC is an appalling and repulsive dining experience that should be avoided at all costs. The food is nasty, the service is terrible, and the environment is dirty and unpleasant. The management is careless, the staff is rude and unprofessional, and the food is just plain awful. Save yourself the time, money, and disappointment, and go somewhere...
Read moreYesterday, we ordered 3 large root beer floats at the drive-up. When we got to the window to pay, they asked us to pull forward to wait while they prepared the floats even though there weren’t any cars behind me. They brought the floats out in a drink holder but didn’t tell me that the large cups don’t actually fit in the drink holder and that they were just sitting on top. I took the floats by holding on the drink holder. Well, you can guess what happened. As soon as I pulled them into the car, they all toppled onto my lap. And down onto my drivers side floor. The employee didn’t stick around. He went back inside. I had rb float on my shirt and pants and center console and floor of my car. I got out of my car and went inside to get more napkins. I asked them why they didn’t warn me that the floats were just sitting on top and not actually secure in the drink holder. Isn’t that the whole point of a drink holder?! They didn’t even respond. I don’t even know if they understood me. I didn’t even want new ones. I was so upset. I grabbed a bunch of napkins and left. My family will never go back to that location again. Such pathetic service! The franchise owner probably has no idea what poor service is...
