I have eaten here a couple times and the service is nothing but awful, their cashiers have the worst attitudes, my last 2 experiences were the worst, one for Take out I ordered a lot of food and they forgot 2 empanadas and sauce. And my last order was thru Doordash and they took over 1 hour to make my order which was only 1 empanada and 1 patacon, I had 6 different drivers to go pick it up and they all said that the restaurant didn't have the food yet, after all that wait I asked my last driver to ask for one extra sauce and they replied with "the sauce is an extra charge" well guess what, I'm never eating there anymore, I rather eat somewhere else. I also have to mention that their white garlic sauce is INCREDIBLE 🙌 If you’re wanting to try Venezuelan food for the first time, I definitely recommend V Burger as an introduction. We already can’t wait to come back and try...
