Crumbl — Restaurant in West Linn

We not a big ‘sweets’ family, but our kids sure do love when when do go out for treats. It’s nice to have a different option around than going out for ice cream. My kids were super excited to try the new cookie shop. I have had opportunities to try Crumbl before, but this was my first time going in to purchase myself. Everyone in the shop was welcoming and friendly. I noticed the self-serve area after we had already ordered at the counter, but will definitely keep that option in mind for the future. I wasn’t expecting them to open the box for me and ask me how they looked - maybe that’s just the Crumbl way? Either way I thought it was a good finishing touch to the overall customer experience. The cookies were delicious (although I kinda wish they weren’t 🤣🤣). They can be pricey, but these bad boys are huge. We cut ours in half to get 12 servings out of 6 cookies. They’re still tasting soft and chewy a few days later. Location is really nice - you can take your kids for a treat after a haircut at Sage Kids, or when they’re done at Mathnasium. Easily add a cookie stop to your Market or Starbucks run. Grabbing your wife flowers at Wishing Well? Get her a cookie, too. Or just grab yourself some comfort food after your urgent care visit. What a disappointment. I ordered my kids cookies for Valentine's day. I made sure to preorder the day before to avoid any issues. When my fun surprise didn't arrive within hours of the scheduled delivery...I finally called the West Linn store only to be rudely dismissed. Apparently, Door Dash picked up my cookies but never delivered them. The manager couldn't have cared less, offered no solution, never even apologized. Crumbl, if you are contracting out a KEY portion of your customers experience to a 3rd party, you'd be wise to have better oversight and a plan for good customer service when that 3rd party fails YOUR customers. If the manager had even cared AT ALL about my kids ruined Valentine's, I'd have at least felt ok about their reluctant willingness to refund my order. They literally didn't care one bit. Avoid...

Love this crumbl. It's only a few minutes away from my house so it's very convenient for me!! The girls they have working inside the West Linn branch have always been 100% awesome as far as customer service goes. Thank you for having such an awesome business model! Also the best tasting cookies ever. Transparency on their ingredients is also a big plus. I like to know what we put into our bodies!

Btw the app.. IS SO FREAKEN AWESOME!! I downloaded it and hadn't been on there in a while. Well I decided to get back in the crumbl flow, as my favorite pink frosted cookie was back, and inside the rewards section I had $20 to spend. At first I was like.. Wait.. Is this real?
