Fresh Wave Bistro — Restaurant in West Palm Beach

FIRST TIME, LAST TIME We walked into the completely empty restaurant and were greeted by two old women, with looks of disappointment. My girlfriend read an online menu and was excited to try a chia bowl. When we asked about it they said "We don't have that." Then the other old lady in a snurky aggravated tone said "specials are up here, and the menu is in front of you." Every question we had seemed to add to these old women's frustration. We ended up walking out and went to Nicks diner who had a healthy fare breakfast that was excellent. For a place who is obviously failing and have no business at 9:30 am for breakfast, I would have expected a much better reception, not to mention that online menu is not current. This is the problem when a company opens to many locations, one of them falls between the cracks. Not only will I never step foot in any natures way cafe, I will tell everyone I know not...

What an excellent cafe. They greet you with a smile, you can tell they are caring people, the prices are so fair. I was staying at studio 6 nearby and I had a terrible experience there so walking over every morning and being greeted by these ladies who remembered my order always made my mood much better and put a smile on my face! I highly recommend if you’re in the area to checkout this amazing coffee shop and get their coffee or food. They also make their own fresh food. They had samples out one day and they were delicious! I was heading to the airport this morning and the lady ensured to pack my breakfast to takeout without me even asking as she was in tune that I’m ordering an Uber and told her I’m going to the airport....

Don't know what happened to this location. My office had ordered from them for years. Just called to place an order and this woman who sounded like she was about 100 years old answered the phone and claimed to not be able to deliver to us even though my office is literally 3 minutes away from them. She then asked where we were located so I tried to provide her with directions and she seemed baffled by any street names I told her. ("uhh, I don't go that way".) Really? Apparently their drivers don't use GPS like the rest of the free world. Hey Nature's Way, you're not going to make much $$ by hiring ancient...
