Romeo's Pizza — Restaurant in West Palm Beach

I have gone inside this place, and my pizza of choice is typically a slice of Sicilian cheese. Eat it there or in my truck. I thought it was delicious!

Today I was looking forward to ordering pizza for my family because you know if the Sicilian.

We found online a family meal which contain 2 large 1 topping pizza and a 2 liter soda for 25.99. I thought great deal! So we paid online, ahead of time so that I don't need to worry about it! Looking forward to it!

Now, when I got there to pick up. First thing I had to do way pay an additional 5$! Listen if the prices online (that I initially paid for ) are not the same prices in store. That's not my problem! Get that changed.

Anyways, I did pay the 5$ plus tax! Didn't argue about it.

Secondly, this family meal I paid for came with a 2 liter ginger ale. Well they didn't have the 2 liter we paid for, I lnstead was given 4 cans of ginger ale! I am not a mathematician but I am pretty sure that 4 12oz cans do not equal to 2 liters. Again I didn't argue, just took it. I was looking forward to eating the Pizza.

To eating the actual pizza. A disclaimer, you can describe my wife and I as pizza connoisseurs. In fact we built our own woof fire pizza oven in our backyard! So we know what good pizza actually taste like.

When we started eating, we were simply disgusted of what we were eating. Every part of the two pizzas we just gross! Wife threw it away, I stopped eating it... My wife literally told me to take the pizzas back to the place!! Didn't want to drive, Instead, we are throwing it away.

We won't ever go back. Don't go to this place for pizza, not worth it. The only thing that taste good was the can...

I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and go multiple times.. everytime he service stinks. Leo the owner/cook/customer service moron, is not friendly every. His staff is not knowledgeable about the products they serve and whether or not they have food available. I drove 20 mins to get pizza by the slice. I called ahead and the staff said they had it...when I got there Leo told me they had no slices to sell customers. They had half an hour before they closed but refused to cook anything. They do not deserve business. L Leo just waddled his way around the store scavenging for scraps, then continues to build customers food Without washing his hands. If you call to place and order....call back later and make sure they took it correctly and that it was started before you waste gas or money on this crap hole of a restaurant!!!! If I could take away the "one star" rating I would...and instead rate them as a dead business walking. ...Basically need to close asap! Come on health...

1st time I ordered the eggplant parm dinner it arrived missing the garlic knots. 2nd time I ordered the chx parm dinner I incl a note saying how delicious the eggplant was but there were no knots. it arrived with 4 knots and a smiley face but no salad. 3rd time I attempted (yes I know but the eggplant was delicious and I’m an Italian NYer), I incl another note thanking them for the extra knots and letting them know the salad was missing. That order was canceled. Didn’t think anything of it. I’m disabled, I order a lot, it happens. I tried to place another order and that one was also canceled. So they screw up, they have a repeat customer who couldn’t be nicer and their response is not to double-check for quality control but to cancel every order (grub hub won’t allow restaurants to block). AND I didn’t know they were a gas station joint (ty google). Too many nice, hard-working people struggling to pay bills to give them...
