I was there Thursday at 8pm I ordered three chicken sandwiches two beef and cheddar sandwiches and two regular roast beef sandwiches and potato cakes and three large curly fries Theresa the drive though cashier was extremely rude she talked so fast I couldn't understand her when I got to the drive though window she talked so fast again I tried asking her to slow down and repeat my order she said no I got everything except the two regular roast beef sandwiches and potato cakes I drove back another girl said she would fix the order 5 minutes later another girl came to the window and said they put the beef away but gave me two beef and cheddar sandwiches that were old and was rude I asked for my receipt and the to talk to the manager and she said no and bye they were all extremely rude I will never go to...

Read moreI went through the drive thru, ordered a classic roast beef sandwich a ton of Arby’s sauce and some other things. When I got to the window, the guy never gave me the receipt. I didn’t realize we would need it. We had to pull through because our food was going to take a bit of time. When our food finally came, we did not check until we were home. They forgot the sandwich and sauce. We came back and respectfully asked for our money back for the sandwich. They said they couldn’t because we had no receipt, WE NEVER GOT ONE!
