KFC — Restaurant in West Virginia

We waited at the order box for 10 minutes before just pulling around and when we got there they said "oh sorry big trucks don't register on the sensors", then when we finally tried to order he wrote it down on a piece of paper and said the monitor at the drive through doesn't work. To add to all of this, he didn't ask what sides we wanted with our meals or what drinks so he just said "whatever" pretty much and just gave us all random sides and drinks. A terrible experience and I definitely wouldn't suggest going here to eat. Even if you love kfc.

Update on my review, we ordered a famous bowl and spicy chicken bowl and didn't get utensils so if you look at the picture (yes thats a metal stake) you'll see what i have to eat with because we are already at the jobsite for work. To make matters worse they forgot 2 sides on top of the random sides and also how did they mess up our order so bad when we were the only car in the drive through and nobody was in the store? When we called to see what they could do about it, the lady who answered was not very friendly or helpful and said basically she's not going to do anything for us. But she did say that we have to bring back the sides that they gave us and they will replace it with the ones we want (we won't be going back up to hurricane wv for work for a week; we told her and she said "then bring it in a week" even though there is covid). That is absolutely disgusting and now I cant even eat thinking about if my food is even fresh or not. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE...

We placed a large order for 40 chicken strips. We loved KFC (past tense) but this place is a joke. Took almost 2 hours to get our order. They said the chicken needed thaw. It would have been nice if they had said we have no chicken and it would take hours to make new but they did not. I sat in the place at the only clean table I did have to move the half smoke cigarette butt out of the chair before I sat down. After two trips up front to find out what happened to my order. I was told they had not even dropped the order in the cooker. Also they have no beans. Yes they have no BBQ beans. They said they don't sell enough of them to keep them on the menu. Please shut this store down and put in a Bojangles. As other people came in and got their orders the few people that did sit down had to clean the tables first. I'm sorry but you need to keep the tables clean it only takes a second and you should not leave spilled drinks in the floor. One of the workers had enough time to go out for a smoke and another had time to check on her car that was getting inspected for hail damage.
