Around a week and an half ago I had what was the worst experience I have ever had at a Starbucks. It is rare that I leave reviews, but I could not let this go unnoticed. Upon walking up to order I could feel how uncomfortable and unwelcoming the environment was. I was treated rudely, like just being there was an inconvenience for them. It is not like I was there with a bunch of people placing tons of orders. It was just me and my daughter. Waiting for our drinks took a long time which I understand, but there was not many people there. The staff was very slowly making our drinks due to them talking negatively about the job. I understand not enjoying your job, but loudly discussing in an obnoxious tone about how many write ups you have and how terrible the company is does not make people trust you with their drinks. Read moreOrdered a hot tea & swiss baguette in advance to pick up as I was running a little bit behind for work this morning. Before I pull up they say my order is done. I get inside and my food wasn’t ready, and I go to grab my hot tea and the lid pops off and there are 2 cups on top of each other. So I address the issue and the girl takes the cup over to another girl and they bring it back unchanged with now 2 lids and send me off. I was over it and running behind so I attempted to leave. When I tried to put the cup in my cup holder it busted open again and spilled all over my console and passenger seat and burnt my hand. I went in and asked for a refund and they told me they had to see the app and I had left my phone in the car and didn’t have time for all this. Read moreOne of the worst locations. Just this morning I pull up and there’s three cars in the drive-through the one in front of me. Wait for six minutes just to get his order taken and then when I get to the Screen it takes me about four minutes. Once we get up there they’re Is no recognition or apology about the weight not only at the screen but at the window. The car again in front of me waited forever, even to get his payment sent through by the time I get up there. I wait seven minutes before finally pulling off. Looking inside there are four associates two people in the regular indoor line and they are completely ignoring the drive-through.
