Gino's Pizza & Spaghetti House — Restaurant in West Virginia

Had Gino’s cater 25 pizzas for my wedding for a unique and cheaper dinner option. Called 3 weeks in advance to prepare for the catering in which we were told it would be $8/per one topping 14” pizza and $12/per deluxe 14”. And to call back closer to time to place the order. One week before I placed the order and the price was confirmed again. Time for delivery set. And was told to call only 30 minutes before delivery time to pay and give address of delivery. I called when they opened day of to pay instead and confirm. The 3 people I spoke to were all confused and weren’t prepared for my order. They said they’d have to call me back and after about an hour was told they could still make it work and would be delivered by 5pm. Then went to pay and the price had gone up over $100 more than the original quote but I wasn’t in a position to get another option so I had to pay it. Fast forward to 3:30pm we called again to confirm they would be delivered on time and we were told a driver would be sent by 4:30pm. 5pm came a past no driver. 5:15 came and past no driver. 5:30pm, 30 minutes after food was expected and now cutting into the reception driver finally arrived unapologetic. Pizza also had incorrect quantities of each type.

This place is absolutely horrendous now! The manager is by far the rudest person on the planet! Every time I come she is always huffing and puffing at everyone, giving us dirty looks, and acting very rude and snotty! I have heard her personally yell at customers, accusing them about lying, and when they messed up someone's order she denies it and when proven wrong she doesn't even say sorry. She just starts huffing again and is mad she has to remake it.

If I was the ower I would 100% fire her. I don't think I have ever left this bad of a review, so hopefully it is taken seriously. I'm not even 25 and have more class and respect than her in my pinky finger. Don't go here!!! Go to the one in Hurricane or St. Albans. Just don't go here and give them your money until they get a new manager.

And yes we have filled out the forms online before. We have also been here at least 7 times giving multiple chances, but it hasn't improved! This is a problem with the manager, not the food. The food is great, but the manager is so bad I would rather go to another one or just never eat here again!!

Every time my wife and I order from this establishment we run into issues. The last two times have been the worst. First time I ordered online. Got there they said that it takes 15 minutes from the time I place the order till it’s done. It had already been 20 minutes and they hadn’t even started it yet. Ended up sitting in the driver thru for over an hour. They made it wrong twice. Dealt with the manager both times and he assured me that next time I ordered it would be on the store as a make up. Called to get the replacements a week later and they refused. Then last night placed an online order but forgot to add something so I put it in the notes and called ahead to explain just in case.
