My review is based on the orders we have received the past few times being wrong but most importantly, the guy named Trevor, who’s stated he is the “shift manager”, there is no “current store manager”, and would not provide me the Franchise Owner’s information when requested (I’ll be calling Corporate tomorrow to obtain that information). Trevor has been rude to me on multiple occasions now, refuses to apologize for and insists he makes our food each time and knows it was made correctly (It Absolutely was NOT), told me recently when I indicated wheat bread on the APP order, they were out of wheat bread that night. I asked why a customer wouldn’t be advised of that. The number is on every App order. He did not want to mess with me. At times he apparently sees my name on caller ID and will not answer even when my son and/or husband goes to pick our order up and there are plenty of staff there. Another order was wrong - ordered on App w CHICKEN cheesesteak not a beef due to my husband’s health issues, and he didn’t have an answer for that one. Additionally, no mushrooms I paid extra for were on the sub another time. My son had to go back at closing to get a cup of them. This last order, my husband took a copy of our App orders stating exactly what we we ordering and Trevor told him he didn’t have time to look at it. They were not so busy at all he couldn’t have looked at it. This used to be our very favorite sub shop and never had issues before dealing with Trevor (I hope I have his name right and will call tomorrow to confirm, as I would never intentionally harm anyone’s reputation or job. However, this guy is something else! He is not customer friendly and from the other recent reviews I’ve seen, it’s not just to me, although he knows me from my caller ID now so no more Jersey Mikes for us from here! To whomever the owner is, this guy is dragging your once amazing business down! I suggest if there really isn’t a store manager on staff, you hire one soon, as this guy is not doing you any favors at all. It pains me to leave this review with a name, but enough is enough!

Read moreI actually love Jersey Mike's. The people working are always professional and friendly. You can go pay $6 for a footlong at Subway or $10 for a half sub at Jersey Mike's. Sounds like a no Brainer but Jersey Mike's loads the sub with meat well at least they use to. That's why I 3 starred because they have changed bigtime since the last time I had a Jersey Mike's sub. Before the sub was small but loaded with meat but I was just there the other day and the meat was missing and it tasted like any other sub around here like Andy's or Anthony's. Needless to say I was quite disappointed because I was use to getting high quality from Jersey Mike's which made paying $10 for a half of sub worth it but not anymore. I hope it was a new employee error or something I just hope Jersey Mike's didn't lower their quality and quantity to be just like everyone else. Read moreI have never met 3 people that hate life more than the 3 lovely young ladies that were working this afternoon. They get a rush of 4 costumers and start taking everyone’s orders out loud (which I understand to get the grill going) BUT then proceeds to rush everyone. They have no idea whose sandwich goes to who. The young lady cooking proceeds to shake her head every time she brings a sandwich to the register. The young lady at the register doesn’t talk AT ALL. I asked to confirm that one of my sandwiches was plain and one wasn’t. Well the cook heard this and was like these are things you need to tell her when you order.
