Edit: It’s been almost a year since I stopped going here due to the review below. However, I was craving a cheeseburger so I went back. I ordered 2 simple cheeseburgers. Just like they are served. I didn’t want to give them any reason to mess up my order. Yet I still ended up with my cheeseburgers having only a small dab of ketchup and a pickle. No mustard. No onions. Even when you order a basic item off the menu, they still can’t get it right. It can’t be everyone on the line every time. This falls on management. I’m usually the type to either leave a positive review, or say nothing at all. Yet here I am because this has to be the most incompetent McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. Congratulations on being so unbelievably stupid that you can’t fulfill the order of a simple cheeseburger. I really hope you don’t homeschool your children.
Edit to add: I decided to go back and quietly talk to a manager and see if we could come to a resolution. I went to the restaurant, asked to speak with a manager in private, and recognized his name immediately. As he was the one that told me I could come get the one time courtesy replacement. However, I just pulled him aside and quietly explained that this was my third time with the issue, and that I don’t live close by, and asked him (Robert) if he felt it was fair to refund me the money for ONE of my trips there. Not all 3. Just 1. And he said, word for word, “I’ll go ahead and give you your money back to be nice, but you really should start checking your bags”. I’m sorry….. what?!?! It’s actually their job to check the bag. He didn’t apologize for the mistake. He didn’t accept responsibility. He blamed me. He acted like he was giving me my money back for my own mistake, and not for the mistakes they clearly made. I definitely wasn’t quiet and polite after that. Once I was leaving, with my back turned, I heard a woman say “well that was uncalled for”. To which I turned around and saw a 350 pound, tall as she is wide, employee that probably drinks their French fry oil like it’s water, getting smart with me. Needless to say I decided to tell her to go F herself as well.
I went through a few months ago. I live about a half hour away and this is the closest one to me. I always order the 2 Cheeseburger Meal, large. No pickles. Extra ketchup. Extra onion. When I ordered it, it came with about 5 pickles and mustard on it. I was already home. I called and they said I could come get a free meal replacement as a one time courtesy. As a courtesy to me for them getting it wrong. Since I don’t live close to there, I didn’t go back until today. I didn’t ask for my free meal, because it had been months since it happened. I ordered the same thing, got home, and the SAME issue!! Pickles everywhere. And although there was ketchup this time, I’d hardly call it extra. I called and it’s the same thing. No accountability for whoever is doing quality control. Just telling me to drive another hour round trip to fix their problem. I just realized they also didn’t give us the sweet n sour in my son’s happy meal…. And my husband just reminded me this was actually the third time. It was the first time that i ever used the new order it ur self and i messed out on it and she was yelling me me from the counter what r u doing! What r u you doing. Than came over and was rude telling me what to do. Then i sent my 15 teen year old son up to get some sauce and the same woman looked right at my son did not ask what he need just turned around and walked away. The chicken mcnuggetts was hard as rock n dirty brown on the inside of them. My hamburger had ketchup all over on the outside of the sandwich had no mustard n only one 🥒 on it. I called to tell them about the horrible food and the person on the phone acted as though they didn't even want to hear anything bout it n tried to hang up the phone until I spoke up and said are you gonna do something about this n their like oh you want it replaced I said be nice. And the worker was acting as though me expressing my disappointment was a bother to them.
