Thanks Anthony C for that awesome service. Eddie V's is the place to be. That small run of oysters were an excellent choice to start. The filet and lobster tail (and that sauce) were just what the doctor ordered 👍🏽... And the Salmon? Yes, yes, yes! I know you folks are going to be packed soon and overrun with patrons. But we just had to get in early. We'll be back. I've been to Eddie V's in Houston, Pittsburgh, Cherry Hill, and now in my back yard. 'twas time well spent 😁

We went to Eddie's V in Princeton to celebrate our wedding anniversary and gender reveal. As soon as we walked we were in awe of the sophisticated atmosphere. David was our server and he did a phenomenal job! He was very attentive and detailed focused. One of our best dining experiences to date. The food was also delicious. We will be returning soon.

My wife and I have been excited for Eddie V’s to open - we love the one in Cherry Hill and welcomed it opening closer to where we live.

Two weeks after opening, our experience was all-around poor. We went for happy hour and the bar was 3/4 full 20 minutes after open at 4PM. The bartenders ask everyone their names and wrote them on the check. They never addressed us by name after, so it felt useless.

My wife ordered the cosmopolitan and I ordered the Bulleit Sour. Both were just BAD. My sour was wayyyy over soured. I’ve had dozens over the years so I know what to expect. My wife’s Cosmo was just… wrong. It was also over-soured with lime. It was the worst Cosmo she ever had she said.

The food front wasn’t any better. A woman across the bar complained because the mashed potatoes “were like gloop” and they were, as she hit her plate with a spoonful that didn’t budge. A manager later thanked her because the whole batch was “bad”. She also complained about her steak doneness.

On our food side, it was bad. First, the lobster bites for $20 were atrocious. We got teeny tiny bits of lobster (see photos) that were $10 too expensive for what you got. They were delivered room temperature. the tuna and rice were more like fried rice with a tiny bit of tuna. Next, we saw several issues with food delivery and we twice had other peoples orders come to us. Lastly, the burrata salad was just not good. Heirloom tomatoes are not the right tomato- stop using them!! They were not ripe and had the texture of a steak. I’ve had tomato burrata salad in Italy where the tomatoes are properly chosen and used - this was no where close.

Overall, we won’t be going back and we’re extremely...

We had an exceptional evening at Eddie V's in Princeton! The management went out of the way to be sure the needs of our high risk diner were not just met, but exceeded. We were floored! The servers were warm and friendly, knowledgeable of the menu items, always polite and helpful. The food, all of it, from the bread and butter, through the appetizers (steak tartar and burrata and tomato salad),entrees (strip steak, filet mignon, Chilean sea bass, salmon), and desserts (bananas Foster butter cake, Meyer lemon tart) was prepared to perfection and absolutely delicious. As for the specialty drinks (smoked old fashioned, with love, Eddie), they are not to be missed - excellent quality combined with perfectly balanced, creatively combined flavors. Is it expensive? Yes, and worth every...

My husband and I had dinner at Eddie V’s last night, checking out their new location in Princeton, NJ, which just recently opened. Despite being new, the ambiance, service, and food were everything you’d expect from this well-known brand. Our server, Landon, was exceptional—attentive, knowledgeable, and made our experience even more enjoyable. We really enjoyed our dinner, but the crab fried rice was the standout for me—absolutely delicious! I’d go back just for...
