Dairy Queen (Treat) — Restaurant in Westborough

I just called and spoke to the manager and explained that we got two large blizzards and a small blizzard on Wednesday evening. The cookie dough was crunchy and tasted stale. The two large blizzards had basically no toppings in them. We also got chocolate sprinkles on the side which were gross crunchy candy sprinkles. When I told this to the manager, her response was Thank you. I wasn’t even looking for money back. She should’ve offered for us to come back to get the blizzards the correct way instead she argued with me telling me the cookie dough was fresh and she can tell me the date it was purchased. Which if you’re in the food business that doesn’t matter, if you’re not storing the product correctly. Also, she said they did change the sprinkles, so we would never get them again since now they are crunchy candy. We live in Westborough for 26 years and I don’t think that’s the right attitude to have to a customer. We will...

EDIT It was okay. It wasn't anything special for the price for what I ordered. I asked for extra caramel and I shouldn't have, lol. I kind of felt like I got an attitude because I didn't tip the girl, but that was probably just me to be honest. She was nice. I'm sorry not everyone tips. Small staff but with a smaller menu and a quick process everything gets done and the line, if any, moves fast.

The only 'issue' is that this DQ is a seasonal DQ that only is open for a set time each year. It is run by a few people and employs mostly high schoolers for jobs in the summer so during the winter it is closed while they have...
