Iâm an Uber Eats delivery driver and I accepted an order from this place around 9:30 pm last Sunday night. drive eight miles to pick it up. Arrived to a closed and locked up store. There were two employees in the back cleaning ip who saw me knocking on the front windows trying to get their attention but they basically ignored me and were saying weâre closed.
I was out front for 10 minutes trying to get their attention. Even walked around back to the drive-through and tried knocking on that window and they wouldnât even turn their back and acknowledge me. If somebodyâs knocking on windows for more than 10 minutes trying to get your attention maybe it would be a good idea to come to the door and see what theyâre trying to tell you?
Donât know how to contact the management here, but the store needs to not except Uber Ears deliveries that are pre-paid when theyâre closed for business. I had to deal with a very irate customer that was insisting I bring the food because the Uber delivery order was taken and paid and showing this...

They did get most of the order correct, but didn't put everything in (we weren't charged for the missing items, but it's always fun to get things handed to you just to not have items your clearly asked for), and the customer service was lacking, to put it nicely.
May 2024: After they told me they were checking to make sure my side of mac and cheese was in the bag, I got home to no max and cheese in the bag. The 8 piece meal had 3 tiny wings, 2 legs that were lacking, and all 8 pieces were overcooked and rubbery (as if they'd been sitting out for several hours).
This is 3 times out of 4 in the past 3 months that the experience was lacking, including twice that the order was missing items and 1 of the times, it was a doordash order that got taken by someone who wasn't the dasher to the order and they refused to make good when the dasher actually arrived).
Will not...
Read moreJust ordered a 3 taco supreme meal with 2 dollar menu burritos and I got the wrong order that cost less than what I got. They were very kind and I work customer service myself so I know right now during the pandemic how hard it is right now but they double checked with me to make sure they gave me the right order and it was wrong. No big deal. I called the store 10 times to get it figured out as we specifically spent the extra money that we really didnât have because Taco Bell is a rare treat for us and I drove in RIGHT before a snow storm to get the food. My partner is picky and has autism so she cannot bring herself to eat what they gave us. We tried to call the customer service which is supposed to be 24 hours and itâs definitely not 24 hours they are closed. Please help us figure this out we need a refund or to have our food replaced at some point. I cannot go back out to get the right food as itâs a full blown...
